Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
- When someone repeats offenses over and over, clearly not planning
on playing by the rules.
- When someone MASS RDMs and avoids punishments.
- When someone has too many recent warnings, 11+.
- Valid ban requests on forums.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would firstly claim the ban appeal if I feel like I understand what happened, and that the apology is sincere. Then I would consider his previous punishments and rulebreaks, aswell as his personality (If i have met him ingame). Then I would make my decision, in this case of cheating I would strictly warn 'Player x' that if he is found to be cheating again he will be banned, and further appeals denied. (Everyone should get a 2nd chance)

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
Because I'm very active, I encounter alot of situations where the ban command would come to great use. I think noclip is VERY useful, incase stucked with others (imo mods should have it). I don't see much use for freeze and jail. I believe I handle all reports justly and unbiased, If im unsure I go spec and take my time to truly review the report. I try to handle all kinds of reports, I don't wish to ignore reports only because it takes effort to solve it. I believe being promoted shows that the staff team trusts me and that's what im looking for atm.

My time as a Moderator:
I've thrown my fits, had my go about the rules. And still can't believe the hacking ethos. However the things I can deal with I've worked hard on. I've asked way too many questions, bothered too many SA/HAs. But it pays off because in the end people come to me with their questions. I've had a rough time lately due to lack of other staff members on the server. Handling a 45 player server is not a one man job.
I believe my influence among the staff team is nothing compared to my influence amongst regular players on the server.

Inactivity: I was gone for a lanparty during 12th - 18th June
missing the activity and doing a minimal amount of reports the specified week /;

ABUSE
1- I have had an accepted Abuse report, I agreed to remove the punishment due i didn't punish because I wanted it to be on his rapsheet. I muted due to him continuing and supporting a disrespectful statement I warned about. I do not believe the punishment was wrong, however my intention was to stop the conversation, not to give him a warning. I could have handled this better/differently.
2- !slay * , I'm pretty sure everyone is aware, but I global slayed the server(during warmup) causing several people to get a slay on their rapsheet without reason specified. This was due to a dare going about in adminchat "!slay * no balls!"
- Both of these abuse situations have been resolved, and I would not like to talk about them.

[some extra information]
- Well, I've been enjoying my job as a Moderator on the server and
believe more specified powers (ban/noclip) would allow me to do a
better job.
- I have over 2300 hours of TTT, I have previously co-owned a server.
- I'm a good judge of character and lying to me generally ain't gonna
work.
- I take disrespect and immaturity seriously but I have no issue with
jokes.
- My sleep schedule is weak so I tend to be up at random, sometimes
very late, sometimes very early.
- May not use voice chat, especially ingame.
- I do not tolerate trolling, and ruining the game.
- I know a great deal of stuff that even some admins and super admins
don't know.
- My favorite punishments are disrespect and racism x3.
- And last but not least. Yes I am a male. Although rumors may say
otherwise.

Absolutely deserve this!
