What is Ghosting? and give an example: Well first off Ghosting is when Player 1 Says to Player to "The Portal's left" or "the portal's right" but it is only ghosting if the person who's dead say's "its left or its right" and there is say Player A is saying to Player B "oh he's around the corner hiding from you" that is another sign of ghosting. This is what my view of ghosting is.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: Well i would give them 2 Warnings saying "Please stop Saying Fuck, bitch and the N word which is really offending to some people. and if they carried on i was !gag or !mute them for the game and !warn <NAME> Reason: Language or !warn <NAME> Reason:Racism this is what i would do with a disrespectful player


Why I should be chosen: (We recommend around 75 words)Well i think i should be chosen because i am an Ex-Moderator For Deathrun, i resigned because i had some really sad stuff with my friends and family, i can tell you on TS if you want i just dont want to say on my app, anyway i think is should be chosen because 1. I got my activity up, 2. i have now been back for 2week's and got about 1000 minutes altogether since i have been back (Easy math's xD) and the final reason. 3. i play about 2-5hours daily and around 24 Hours weekly and i am never Horrible or toxic to people im always funny / nice i can prove that because i got 0 Warn's and this is why i should be chosen over other players

i got my activity up so now i have been back on the server for 2 Week's

I have now got 2 weeks of activity. and that was color coding fails O.o i don't know any of them :/ and thank's for the reply

I recommend you put more space in ur app cuz there are so many numbers and it can be very hard to understandd what you are trying to write.

For example.
Player 1 stop being nasty
I told you to stop
The portal is left

So you will have the 2 week recommended activity by the meeting which is what you were denied for last time. However, my opinion from your last application carries over. When you were staff last time I didn't really see you deal with situations and you weren't very active. I appreciate something occured which meant you couldn't be active but how do we know that you will do your job this time around. Other than that, your applications is alright but your activity is good.

You were witness by me and several other staff members spamming chat with random numbers with someone else which shows you either don't know the rule or chose not to follow it. You were ex-staff which is good as it shows are trusted but in that time you didn't really handle any situations and this makes the rule break look even worse coming from an ex-staff.
Try not to break rules when applying for a staff position...
