Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Dear "player X",you have recently been banned from the zarp TTT server due to cheating and using external programs to give you an upper advantage in our server. I can see in your appeal it was your first time ever getting banned from Zarp TTT and you have stated that you are truly sorry for your actions and will not do it again therefore i have decided to set your permanent ban to a 1 week ban please do not hack again and i hope to see you on the server <3

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.i feel as if i should be promoted to admin because i feel as in my first week of becoming mod i have learnt a lot of things and how to handle reports and in doing this i believe i am capable of being in possession of a higher tier staff rank in the server. i also feel as if i have fitted really well into this community and that i am known quite well enough to be promoted and trusted and plus i have been asked to take a test on moderating by grumpy and i got everything right

You are new(ish) to moderating on the server but in the 1-2 weeks you have been staff, you have proven to be a great moderator. You handle situations well whilst on the server and do a high amount of reports each week. I think you should become admin. Good luck! Although I haven't seen what Boatzy's like on TTT I can however say he is one of the friendliest guys I have ever spoken to within this community.
