You can't base the fact that he was cheating because he disabled his steam overlay, i was in the server and the situation was very poorly handled, recorded the whole thing.

Disabling the steam overlay can give a boost in performance and a huge fps boost

He was using Citizen Hacks and apparently we have proof of this. That has nothing to do with him disabling his Steam overlay.

Yes Raeker, there is proof, but it is not obliged to show the evidence by policy.
