How do you feel your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I have helped a lot of people with problems, i have been alot online when there wanst people to populate the server and i also had to remember people of the rules.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): Alot of people on zarp know me, i really like to help zarp just a lot more to let people follow the rules and to let people have a great expirience, i have been trough rough times on the server with people using racism against others and i really want to have people have a nice and good experience on zarp, i really wanna let people know and follow the rules.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: There was a guy who said he knew me but he didnt and said 3 times the n word, i said that if he said it ones more i had to warn him and then he stopped, or if someone said something bad to someone else, i asked him why he said that or was mean to the other and i would ask the other what he said to him and i would try to help them out.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: I would first ask the reporter what the staff member did then i will ask the staff member why he did it and why he first didnt ask other staff what to do, but if the staff member did it with a good cause then i wont give the staff a warn cuz he did something good then, but if he did it with bad cause i may should warn him or i should ask other higher staff mates what i should so with him, and if there isnt anybody higher on i would just verbal him and if he does it again i would warn him

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I will first ask the staff member why he banned him and ask ofcourse what that guy/girl did, if the guy/girl didn't do anything wrong or to badly i will just ask other SA or HA what i should do or unban him and just give him a warn.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I will ask the staff member if he needs help if so, i will help the staff member and i will see where he struggles with, if that doesnt work i will ask some other staff for help to help our buddy!

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I will ask the one staff member what the other did do wrong, if it is to badly i will verbal warn the one staff member who broke the rule and ask ''pls dont do it again and keep following the rules'', and if he does it again i will ask help of an SA or HA.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I will ask the staff member why he is so disrespectful to the other staff member and i will try to talk about it with him, if it is decided why he was disrespectfull i will verbal warn him and ask him not to do it again.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I will say ''pls stop it and dont do it again'' then if he keeps going i will have to verbal warn him, and if he then keeps go on i ask other SA or HA for what i should do.
