Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match Also known as RDM is considered one of the most common warns on Garry's mod servers for example or a scenario Lets say you and i are walking down the street and I turn my head and shoot you for 0 reason what so ever you didn't damage me do anything that could have physically harmed me would be counted as RDM Most admins or moderators usually give out warns for Examples and scenarios like this but this is just for my mod application (Don't RDM Kiddos)

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule is when you die in a certain area or remembering an old life such as if you died on a raid and you go back to the same raid in a new life is breaking the new life rule now dying in a district lets say Lake House District And you going back to where you died in Lake House District And not waiting out your 3 minutes as classifed in the MOTD then you would be warned for NLR This applies for all rulebreaks as well NLR is another common rule that people commonly get warned for

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
In the scenario I myself would ask for both sides of their stories i would talk to Player X and ask him/her their side of the story and once i was done with their side of the story i would teleport To Player Y to see if he/she was in an Rp Situation If not i would teleport them back to a roof and have them explain what happened or their side of the story Even if logs showed that Player Y killed Player X I would ask for proof, screenshots, recordings etc. If there was no proof provided then i would use tactics to see if Player Y would self incriminate Himself though i would also check his F6 and see if he is known for RDM Or any other rulebreaks this would lead to whether to warn him or let him off with a warning. If these tactics worked he would get a warn and i would teleport him back.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
As always i would ask for both sides of their stories and understand the context in which the rulebreak occured though logs show 2 kills Really you don't know whether he was breaking NLR In a district or in a Raid or any other type of RP Situation the only context you really have to go off of is the stories now words vs. words is a very hard situation to be in trust me i've been there we all have but i would ask for proof, screenshots, recordings etc. Using the same tactics i would ask him to explain why it wouldn't be NLR asking questions is always a good tactic as in "Why were you going back to the district" Etc. These questions will end up having someone self incriminate themselves leaving up to admin/moderator digression on whether or not he/she should be warned for the situation.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
Though I do have a recent warn i was told to wait a week to make this application by another person (In their Opinion) This is where im gonna explain some weaknesses i have and some strengths i have to tell you why i should be chose so recently i got warned for "Nuking As A Shopowner" This was an accident and i did get warned for it i had placed a nuke down as a shop owner and forget to switch before placing it down and i am sorry for the people who were on and found it unfair i apologize. Now for another one of my weaknesses is my temper yes sometimes my temper can get out of control but most the time i tend to control it though i don't like talking about my temper or my Emotions we can get this all out in the open. Basically i have some troubles controlling my temper on some occasions but for everyone who has chatted with me in teamspeak i love to joke around with everyone Though in teamspeak with friends we can all be immature its just what humans do. Though this is the case when im with friends i can be extremely mature in any situation as long as i know that this situation is a serious one and several other players have seen me in a serious situation. Several of my strengths revolve around creativity to bring to the server and working in groups i love working with other people and other staff so me being able to work around with other staff is a +1 in my book and for all the people who are still reading this book i just wrote you about me i thank you all so much for any considerations of my mod application or anyone reading it i would love for some feedback more productive feedback to tell me what i did right or did wrong in this application. I feel i should be chosen as a mod out of several others because i know the rules i can stand by and act mature i love to work with other people and i can bring a ton of creativity to the community thank you all for considering my mod application i hope all of you have a great day thanks <3

I've never met you, so I can't be in favor or against your application but if you play on S3 most that makes sense, I rarely go there. Your last text makes me hesitant, I'm not really supportive of staff members that can't handle themselves. With all this said, I do wish you good luck!
