Fair warning, I don't shitpost a lot. Meaning I might seem inactive but I am surely NOT inactive.

Dispite the fact that it might not look like I am too active because I don't post too much I do always read posts.
I come on the forums from about once to eight times per 2 hours depened on the action.

Why me. Oh boy this one aint too easy to write.
I've been a staff member on the forums for a while now, and I got the hang of it. But doing just the work in report abuse bores me at times.
I often see mistakes, such as grammatical mistakes which I mostly fix (and some might have noticed that) and sometimes I'll do that for ages just because I'm bored.
Locking topics and such isn't hard to do and I'd like to help out the forums more whilst giving myself a bigger challenge.

Recently (for quite a while) alts have flooded the forums from time to time, and I'd like to be able to ban these alts. More than often I'm one of the first people to report these alts thereby showing that I am active on the forums.
I'd also like to help out other people whilst I’m at it. I've received loads of requests of posts to lock whilst I wasn't even staff in that section, and I would relink it to people who are staff. I'd like to be of help to the community to the best of my abilities and receiving this rank will help me support the community more.

From all the people around I'm a very easy person to come in contact with. Either through steam or Teamspeak contacting me is anything but a pain. Which will allow other users to catch up on the tiny things I might miss out on.
If anything the chance of me getting this rank isn't too high. And I am aware of that due to my low post counts. Yet if people are willing to give me the chance I will proof that I am more than capable of holding the rank and people will finally be able to see that I am active on the forums even though I don't post a lot.

Anna's capacity for learning, her stark wit and general friendliness are a breath of fresh air when it comes to ZARP. She embodies that which we look for when it comes to our Forum moderators. Her skill at handling and defusing situations has led her into the lead team, and she's a prime example of a brilliant candidate. My overall opinion of her is quite high as she and I have had numerous conversations, and I believe this has taught me a lot about her patience, her kindness and the way she acts towards people. As a girl on the server, she might face - even though it's extremely rare - discrimination, sexism, or flirting. But she actually seems to work with it and strives to be an incredible member of our staff team.

Anna, if I had something to tell you to improve on, it's just to try and give more focus to detailing your opinions on certain matters. Don't be afraid to speak up against something if you need to on forums - you already achieve this to some effect, however.

You're a prime candidate, no less.

On a more constructive note

Shes a very active member of staff with a lifetime of gametime on this server

Good at her job and knows the rules

Always helping people out and filling in my misunderstandings

Friendly the majority of the time, but will be constructive and authoritative when needed (even when it involves her own friends)

A renowned head admin on ssrp and a very trustworthy individual

Active on the forums showing her dedication

Always attending the meetings and providing a summary of the staff team lists, excessively dedicating her time and patients to the community

Overall she is a lovely, trustworthy and over enthused member of staff that would benefit most from this position and deserves it more than anyone else in my opinion as she has the mindset and the commitment that has not wavered.
