I understand what you are saying and I would like to say I was only admin for 2 weeks before being promoted. The length of time he has been an admin doesn't matter, the thing that matters is what he does. Plebian has handled handled forum appeals/report abuses on users and also helped other staff members with some. He has also reported MANY staff members to me which has helped improve the staff team. So yea, the amount of time he has been staff doesn't matter and isn't really a valid negative to give.
