You don't seem to know the rules 100%
I don't know about recent warnings I will check tomorrow

Recently got Un cmbanned for like the second time correct me if I am wrong

What you can Improve on?
Fix the attitude
Stop minging around
be friendly and respect the rules

Why is that my answer?
Because I don't find you ready enough for staff ranks on ssrp but I like what your trying here and please god please don't stop that Imrpove like I did and you will get accepted don't worry! I hope you will get accepted soon because that just shows that you really want to change and improve.I feel like you can get this your a great guy don't listen to people that look at you and tell them self that you havent changed a bit and I don't want to believe that because I like you and love to have you on the staff team but unfortunately I will be voting No in the meeting but don't take that as a bad option take this as learning and to be honest what thought me the best was to get denied and I had to work for it to get accepted and I am an admin now I showed them that I could change and I proved it you should do the same!

I do have 2 recent warnings which obviously isn't good but they run out before the 6th.
This was for "Prop climb" and NLR
Bassicly i went on a prop and hyper suited onto a roof.
