From what I have seen of you in-game you seem top be doing a good job, which is always a good thing. You could do with doing more F1's in your average week, try and push 60+ in a week. I also feel that you could do with interacting with the lead team and the community a bit more, maybe do more appeals on the forums and try and talk to the lead team and other community members more on the team speak. You have a good application that wouldn't need any improvement and seems to be good. Apart from this I feel that you would be a good lead team member if you improve upon these things that I have mentioned above. Keep up the good work!

Thx I Will Absolutly Improve My F1 Count And if you did not notice i am every time in a spacer with lead team but sure i will interact even more with the lead team really Appreciate your reply it going to help me in the near future as i was asking high staff members for stuff that i can improve on and they never go as detailed as you !
