How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: i have been admin on deathrun for over the past 2 months i have played excessively and made sure no rule breakers go unpunished i have helped the server by making sure no rule breakers come on the server and have also helped new players by referring them to the rules and been constantly active on the forums to help new players and people who are applying for staff.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): I have been part of this community for over a half a year and have been admin on 2 servers and have been an active member of the staff team and made sure i have helped out as much as i possibly have, even with the stress of school with my mocks just have passed i have still kept myself active to make sure i help the server in every way possible by making sure no rule breakers go unpunished; as well as this im constantly on team speak and made sure to help anybody who comes asking to the best of my ability. I have been an active member of this community and am a trusted staff member who hasn't caused any drama and is very mature and (not to be up myself) believe i am liked by most of the community, i am fair and work well under pressure and have no problem with discussing a situation fully if something goes wrong.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: Once i was on the server and a player had been warned and believed it was false and wanted me to remove it because it was false but as an admin i cannot remove warns so i refereed him to appeal to the forums while i tried to contact a lead team member who were not online at the time because they were busy unfortunately which is completely understandable because of the time and i talked them threw the report process and helped the player as much as i could. As well as this another time was when i witnessed two staff members arguing with each other because of a joke that the other found offensive and were both very upset, i reminded the staff member who made the joke that this was offensive and reflects badly on the server and the community in general i then proceeded to report it to a lead team menu when they were next available.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: I first talk to victim of the apparent "abuse" and got his side of story and received any proof or evidence that the player has and talked through the situation, if he had no proof i would talk to the admin to receive there side of the story anyway so i could build the situation and if there is no real evidence i would have to deny the report, but if the situation was true and the staff member was in the wrong i would talk to the admin privately and talk him through the situation and make him realise what he has done and how he could improve from it and will proceed to accept the report and i make sure the staff member apologies to the other player and will proceed to give that staff member an official warning and keep a close eye on him to make sure he does not abuse again.

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? I would speak to the staff member privately and ask how many punishments the player has and ask about the exact situation that caused his ban if the player had over 10 recent punishments and was banned for over a couple of days i would talk to the staff member how they should have only banned the player for a couple of days to give them time to learn the rules, on the other hand if the player had already been banned and had continued breaking rules i would make sure that the staff member had banned him for no longer than a week if they had i would talk them through the appropriate time and make sure that staff member lowered the ban so he can understand the correct amount of time for the future because it can be pressuring knowing how long to punish a player for.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? I would contact the staff member privately (through steam or through admin chat/private chat) and talk him through how to handle the situation and tell him how to do it and let him still continue to handle it but guide him in the right direction to they can effectively learn how to handle the situation, i would then watch the staff member and make sure he knows how to handle the situation correctly!

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would talk to both staff members privately to gather both sides of the story and ask for proof from the person reporting the other staff member to make sure that they have a valid reason to report the other staff member, if it was not a valid reason i would tell the reporting staff member that i can't do anything because it is an invalid situation but if the staff member was infact breaking rules i would bring the staff member in the wrong into a proceed to move the staff member into a spacer and speak him through the situation so he can reflect on his actions and can do a better job and will proceed to give them an official warning.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? I would bring both staff members into a private chat and make them both talk through the situation and explain why they said what they said and would proceed to tell the staff member that there actions are unacceptable and then would proceed to refer them to the rules so they can reflect on what they have done and i would give the staff member a warning and make sure they do not do it again, i would talk to all the staff team individually and remove any bad blood or thoughts between and tell them to keep there opinions on other staff members private.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? i would contact the staff member privately and talk him through the situation and proceed to tell him his actions and attitudes are disgusting and would refer him to the rules so he can reflect on what he has done i would then proceed to tell him his place and how he represents the server and community and how in the end he is only causing himself harm.
