How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:

For a while now i have been a administrator on the SSRP server and enjoyed any minute of it. I handled a lot of different F1 situations and handled them professionally, correctly, Greet and wish people a good day when the F1 is done and take my time (not rushing the F1's) to make sure the one who made the F1 is happy about the outcome and the person who got reported to treat him fairly and also look at his Point of view at certain situations.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):

Here are some of the reason i will be a good candidate for Super Admin:

Experience:
I was an admin a long time ago for quite a while and that combined with my current staff position right now i think i gained enough experience to be a Super Admin. As i said i handled a lot of different F1's over the time and do everything about it to be fair at both sides and some important keys i use is: Stay calm at all times, act professional, give people second changes by just not instantly warn them and explain to the one who broke the rule why and how it is not allowed.

Trusted:

I have been an admin for a while now and so was i the first time i got moderator and admin back in the days. In both times i have never abused my powers and used them the way it should be. In all those time i helped a lot of people and gained up trust with the whole community.

Leadership:
I have been admin for a while now and if i see a other staff member calling for help i will always set that as priority one and go to him/her and help out. Another example is when there are a lot of F1's and nobody/most staff members are not helping out i will call in admin chat to help me and the other staff members that are doing the F1's to help us out so the F1's get handled as soon as possible.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
A situation i encountered when there was no Super Admin on or higher was that i got a F1 saying that someone was hacking. I teleported to the player and ask who was hacking and spectated him to not let him know i was aware of him that he might be hacking since he can turn the hacks off then and so getting away with it. When i was spectating i saw him shooting people in the head and thought he was using hacks since he was really good at it and almost one shotted every time. The one who made the F1’s still didn’t trust it and so i needed to ask a Super Admin or above first to come to the server and run a Anti-Cheat on the guy/girl. Luckily Anna came over quickly and checked if he/she was hacking and it came out negative that time.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

F1 situation:

I will teleport to the player who reported the staff member and get some short information what happend. I will then ask the staff member if i can talk to him and bring him to me. I now have both players and tell them to do there story one by one. If the staff member admits i will warn him (or demote on spot since it depends on the rule break(s)) for it and bring it up in the Lead Team Meeting.

If the staff member deny's that he broke a rule and both the story's are totally different and i can't make a conclusion who is lying or not i will ask for proof to the player who reported the staff member. If he/her has the proof and it is enough i will do the same as i already said when he admits it.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

First i will go to the one that didn’t threat the player fairly and take him to a quiet spot to talk about what happend and get a clear visual on why he banned the player for a excessive amount of time. If it was not fair to the player who got banned i will say to the admin who did if he read the Ethos and if not explain him what it means and why we got it.

Everyone needs to be treated fairly and so i or the admin who banned the player will edit the ban to a time witch is fair for the banned player or unban when to ban was totally not needed for example massive disrespect since you can just mute the player instead of banning. At last i will tell the admin to always think twice before banning and ban fairly.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

If i find out a staff member is struggling with a user i will go teleport to him/her and get a clear vision of the situation so i can sort of take over the situation and basically show him how do deal with certain situations. After it all has being handled i will take the staff member to a private spot and give him tips and tricks for certain situations and how to handle them for example staying calm at all times and not hesitate to call for help if just can't figure it out. I will let him go off and spectate him/her for a while so i can see if he listened and doing his job correctly.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
First i will get the staff member who accuses another staff member for breaking rules to a private spot and hear who he/she accuses of breaking the rules as a staff member. When i know who, i will spectate the one who might be rule breaking and see if he/she is still breaking the rules or not at the moment. After spectating i will teleport and ask if i can take and talk to him/her for a moment. I now have both players and will now let them do there story one by one.


If the staff member did broke a rule i will have a talk with him/her in private and tell to not do it again or there will be consequences such as demotion ( If it is mass RDM on purpose for example i will of course demote on the spot). I will spectate or go undercover to make sure he/she is not doing it again. I will also bring it up in the Lead Team Meeting to let them know that we need to keep an eye out for the rule breaking staff member.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks and argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

First i will teleport to the player and tell him to calm down and only talk to me to not bother any other staff member. I will ask him what happend so i got a full understanding of what the reason was that he was disrespecting towards other staff members and involving the whole staff team as well. After he/she told his story i will tell him/her to not do it again since we expect from staff members to not disrespect towards other players. He will receive a warning from me to not do it again and keep the disrespecting words for himself. I will bring this up in the Lead Team Meeting since this is something we don't want at all.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation;
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

I will first try to avoid contact and go undercover to see how bad the situation is and how far the staff member goes. I will tell him to stop since he is breaking rules (i am undercover so he has no awareness that i keep a eye on him) and if he does not listen i will get out of my cover and take action. I will take him to a private spot and talk to him that it is unacceptable breaking the rules as a staff member. Then i will decide if i am going to warn him or demote him on spot witch depends on what the staff member did. Again i will bring this up to the Lead Team Meeting and tell the lead team that i demoted him/her or warned him/her for what the staff member did and what rules him/her broke.
