As stated in my application, I would try my best to attend but I would most likely not be able to. It's not that I don't WANT to attend but because I can't. As far as I'm aware of, It's really recommended for applicants to be able to attend the meetings as you know how important they are and you might be in the tricky position as you might not be there to vote on something or stuff like that, I'm not saying I'm not going to give you a chance all I'm saying is it'll be really hard for Lead Team to adjust to allowing you to use pastebin when we usually have to say/type it in the meeting room.

As far as I know you did a great job as a SuperAdmin in the past and I'm sure you will again if given the chance, one of the few problems present is your future attendance to the Lead Team Meetings. However, if you can have a pastebin ready every week for things you want to bring up I don't see it as a problem (I volunteer to bring up whatever you want brought up if you were to get the position). Other than that I want to see you showing more leadership within the staff team.

Thanks for the feedback, if I got accepted and you would do that for me in the meeting that would be amazing. I understand that I should SHOW more leadership within the staff team, but it is difficult as an admin as there isn't much I could do apart from taking on roles such as asking staff to help with F1s and handling in-game staff reports, which I already do. If you could suggest ways which I haven't thought of, that would also be great

That still wont work as he needs to give his opinion on things that other staff will bring up and discuss.
