I was also told I could use this weeks time to improve what I was told to improve and I tried to help out as much as I can with providing evidence if needed for people's admin requests and reporting any kind of rdm or rule breaking that I saw and report it to an admin. Most of the time it was redhurt online and they would either handle it or he already handled it but I also offered to provide evidence if they needed it. Same thing goes for Kall and Windows ME

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRp! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
Bad Acitivty, Try to play more throughout the weeks and apply again!
