Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random death match is when a player randomly kills another player for no valid reason. For example:
Player X has a grudge on Player Y, so player X decides to go up to player Y and kill him.



Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule means when you die in a certain area you cannot go back for another 3 minutes, and you cannot remember what happend in your past life. For example if someone died in the Bank district by a police officer they cannot return to that bank district for 3 minutes, and they cannot act apon the police officer killing them since they have started a new life.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming means you cannot use in character things out of character and vice versa, so you cannot kill a player because you do not like them for an ooc reason. For example, Player X has an argument over steam with Player Y, then Player X proceeds to use it IC and kill him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Tell Player X to provide a recording of the situation, and to either message me with the recording so i could take action or make a report on the forums, since i cannot take sides as i wouldn't know who is telling the truth.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Tell the player to make an F1, if possible at the time try to help him and see if any rules are being broken, if not then explain that raiding a bank is not against the rules.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I feel like i've changed lodes since i was unbanned and i have proven this in game over the past few days, i know i was at a bad stance before but with the second chance i was given i've changed.
I know the rules very well and i've been playing for a long time now. I know this may not be accepted but i intend to get good feedback to i can improve on later applications again.
I have not gotten any warnings since i came back and i've tried to be as friendly as possible when people have seen me around, i also make lots of effort to report all the rule breaks i see to show i know the rules well.
