Right, so I know that I foolishly went and broke NLR, and Clarky pointed that out, but can people not just spam with "LOL" or "RIP"? Anyways TheXnator has a pretty good application and if he broke NLR so what? He made a tiny mistake + NLR is a minor rule break. Xnator is a great guy and I think he deserves this rank.

breaking nlr is a simple mistake which many staff even sometimes lead team members do, it is very simple to forget and not pay attention to your nlr when passing through a nlr zone.
