You're a very dedicated person to the community and you do your best for it.
You've been staff for a very long time and you've learned quite a lot. However there are still some minor points you might wanna improve on. (not saying its required)

"It might be a good idea to learn how to take control of a situation yourself"
Currently you're always asking people what to do. Although this isn't bad we want Lead Team members to be able to act on their own behalf, not always await orders from someone else.

Immature behaviour
Although this does not occur often you might wanna try to remain mature whenever it's expected from you.

You obviously Also have positives.
☆As you're very nice☆
☆You are obviously dedicated☆
☆You're always there at the meetings☆
☆You try your best to go out of your way to help us with different things☆

You've gone a long way there already, and I won't mind taking you in for the last part. But that's obviously not just to me. Best of luck with your application! \(^.^)/
