I first joined in 2015, I played for a while then quit for around a year or so, then came back like 10 months ago.

I speak English & Turkish fluently and I'm slowly learning German. I'm hoping to learn some Italian & French in the future.

▲Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin▲

If I was an administrator I'd be able to do f1's more easily and punish the massive rulebreakers. I constantly have to call admins to ban/jail people, it's getting annoying. If I could do it myself I would be saving the time of another administrator. Also, physics gun... I find it tough to bring in rulebreakers time to time, when they massively rulebreak. I have to bring them then freeze them and they just run off in the process, as an administrator I could just hold them, bring them and freeze them with my mouse. Which is 10x easier.

Well, I've came around a few times to see people just full out not even care and rule break. As a moderator I don't have the ban or jail command which means I have to stay on duty since they just join back and continue. On my first week as moderator, I joined server 3 before getting off to sleep and there were 3 propspammers, 2 mass rdmers & 1 chat spammer.. and 12 f1's. I did them all and he to stay on for another 1 hour 30 minutes until the rulebreakers just quit. I couldn't contact any admins because everyone was either offline or just ignored me. Also, just yesterday every staff was afk, I do 5 f1's in a row, warn a mass rdmer twice, get someone to stop prop spamming, and muted someone who wasn't speaking english and was just micspamming weird noises for 10 minutes.

Hello, congratulations on being accepted into the SSRP staff team! I will walk you through with the basics of what you should and should not do & the commands. Here they are:

/kick - The kick command removes a player of choice out of the server. It's like a 1 second ban to be simple.

/tp - The teleport command, you aim at a location and type this command and it will teleport you to that location, can go through specific walls, through map & very long distances.

/freeze - The freeze command is pretty self explanatory, you type /freeze [playername] [time(optional)] and you will remove their ability to move, take damage & move screen. This is mostly useful for catching rule breakers.

/slay - The slay command will kill a person of choice, you have four different ways of slaying a person. Silent, normal, explode and rocket.

/goto - The goto command will make you teleport to a player once you type "/goto [playername]".

/back - The back command will teleport you or a person of choice to the last location you/they were.

/bring - The bring command will teleport a player to your location.

/warn - Now this is the most precious & dangerous command, so make sure you don't mess up. This gives the player a warning which will show on their rapsheet (F6 Menu). Do not use this unless you have to and the person you are warning has already been verbally warned & possibly have recent warnings. the command is "/warn [STEAMID] [REASON]".

/chatmute - The chat mute command takes the ability of someone to speak in chat.

/voicemute - The voice mute command takes the ability of someone to speak in voice.

Unban from job - From what I'm aware of there is no chat command for this, but you can access the command from the TAB menu and clicking the name of the person you want to unban from a job. It unbans someone who is banned from a job (was demoted). Will be used for false demotions.

F1 Menu

The f1 menu is the place where you check people f1's submitted by users, which also shows the reason and time of the submitted f1. There are logs, warnings, etc. You can search an online players name to see their history (ex: kills, arrests, hits, etc). To handle an F1 you click on the f1, click handle and click "goto player". When you are done with the F1 go back to the F1 menu, click on the F1 and click "Mark as handled".

F6 Menu

As told in the "/warn" example, the F6 menu shows all the warnings, mutes, slaps, bans, jails, etc. You can use this to check any recent warnings a rule breaker has to decide their punishment.

Depending how hard they broke rules, I'll show both accepted and declined answers;

I have noticed that you have put a lot of effort into your application and I re-checked your recent warnings and saw that this was your first ban, so I am willing to to lower your ban to 5 days. Hello! I have read over your appeal and you haven't put any effort into it and you massively prop spammed even though I told you not to do it, then gave you two warnings and you still continued. ▲Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words)▲

I think I should be promoted to the rank of administrator because I am as active as I can possible be, I'm on the servers for at least 2 hours a day. When no other staff was on I saved server 3 from a bunch of rule breakers in my first week. Just yesterday while no staff was on I saved server 2 from a bunch of rule breakers. I have been with the community for a while now, first played SSRP back in 2015.

I'm very friendly, trustworthy and loyal to this community. I actually first played friendly players before ZARP, it was my first Garry's Mod server ever. I know that quite a few people wanted me to be a moderator so I applied for that and got accepted, people liked my work and they wanted me to be admin, so I'm applying for that right now hoping I get it.

Knowing that one of my favorite staff members RedPowder recently resigned has made me sad, though we will all miss him. But I'm hoping that I can make a very good administrator and make RedPowder proud. I know this is going a bit off topic but I just wanted to implement this here because he truly was a legend. Though this is it for my administrator application, thank you for reading it!
