I'm sorry but the only thing I see from you immaturity and when people give you negative support you get mad and say what they have done wrong and that is not a way I see to explain yourself, for example calling people triggered because they minussp you is not a way to handle it you need to calm yourself down and give a reasonable reply instead of pointing out what that individual has done wrong, just because they have messed up doesn't mean that they don't have the right to give their opinion on you becoming staff, you should welcome minus support because that tells you that people think you need to improve and when you get "triggered" and point out their wrong doing it only makes you look bad. So pretty much what you are doing when you get mad about some one giving your application a minussp is saying that you don't want to jump through any more hoops to get staff and you want the quick and easy way to become staff and when someone threatens this easy way or minussp your application you get mad and point out their wrong doing which in my opinion does not show a future mature staff in fact it shows a immature staff that gets "triggered" when you get criticized and it interrupts you're judgment and you might end up making a very bad decision just because a player criticized you, then that makes the whole staff team look bad in the eyes of the players. Over all I do not see you being a good staff member so I will have to your application.
