Like what other people are saying you are immature and times. It would also be good if you could add role detail for you application. Banana, You are a great guy and I like to talk to you but you say you won't be immature and you will change and then the next day you are very immature. You need to try sort out your maturity because it can impede your judgement of situations wich is not good. I can see you are already losing it when people are not supporting you because you don't take criticism to well. I would suggest work on these things.
