Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My time as moderator has taught me many things and has given me much experience for different situations. One of which is to deal with rulebreakers quickly and effectively, while choosing appropriate punishments to give them. It has given me a huge insight in the way to handle myself as a staff member and because of this, I think it has prepared me for becoming an admin.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
One of my favourite situations that I had to deal with as a moderator was when some guy joined the server (s3) and started to prop push cars and prop fly himself around the map. Initially I couldn't see who the guy was because he was so far away, so I had to spam my teleport bind to try and get close to him so that I could see his name. Finally, I managed to talk to him (in which he did not respond cooperatively) and give him a warning accordingly.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Congratulations on getting accepted as moderator and welcome to the staff team! There are a number of things you need to know to get started that are listed below:

Here are some commands to get you started:

/tp - This will teleport you to where your mouse pointer is looking at
/tp (Steam ID) - This will bring a player to where your mouse pointer is looking at.

/goto (Steam ID) - This will bring you to a player.

/back - This command takes you back to where you were.
/backspawn - This takes you back to spawn
/back (Steam ID) - This puts a player back to where they were.
/backspawn (Steam ID) - This puts the player back to spawn.

/bring (Steam ID) - This is used if a player refuses to respawn, it brings them back to life.

/freeze (Steam ID) - This freezes a player indefinitely.
/unfreeze (Steam ID) - This will unfreeze a player.

/warn (Steam ID) (Reason) - This will give a player an official warning.
/unwarn (Steam ID) - This removes a warning you gave to a player.

/kick (Steam ID) (Reason) - This kicks a player. It is usually used if there are no admins online to help you.

/slay (Steam ID) (Normal/Silent/Explode/Rocket) - This will slay a player in a certain way.

/chatmute (Steam ID) - This stop a player from communicating via chat.
/voicemute (Steam ID) - This stop a player from communicating via voice.
/unchatmute (Steam ID) - This will undo the /chatmute you did.
/unvoicemute (Steam ID) - This will undo the /voicemute you did.

If you struggle to remember things, you can also use the TAB menu, which has all these commands displayed as pretty buttons.

As well as commands, there are also a couple of menus that you can use. The main menu which you will use the most is the F1 menu, which consists of:

Player Reports - Right click to reveal options about the report.
Warnings - Shows recent warnings by different staff members.
Logs - Shows what is happening on the server.
Active NLR - Shows which players have NLR.

All of which are self-explanatory and will be extremely useful when you are in a sit.

Another menu which is less often used is the F6 menu, where you will be able to see the warnings of a player whether they are online or offline (provided you have their Steam ID).

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I believe that I should be promoted to admin because it is quite hard as a moderator to deal with rulebreakers quickly because of the fact that you have to search for the players Steam ID, and even then you have to actually know the player's name, which is hard if you cannot see it and they are propflying. With the power of an admin, it would make dealing with rulebreakers much more easier.
Also, I think I am a mature and helpful lad, so I know how to handle myself as a staff member and would certainly be able to cope with the extra responsibility of being an admin.
