Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: My time as a moderator on ssrp will contribute to me becoming an admin because sometimes when I am the only staff on, late at night people rdm and such. And I find myself in the position of having to message admins and lt members to ban someone, I feel I need admin to be able to do something without waking people up. I feel after 4 weeks of me being moderator, I have learned alot, lead team members like Jordz, Anna and Coutinroy, have taught me alot, so have other mods and admins. I wish to get higher up in the staff, so I get more powers, like being able to ban people without asking higher staff members to do so for me.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): There was this one time, I did a mistake, by tping with name and not using tab menu or IDs, so I told Sally, and we talked. So Sally told me not to stress about it, everyone makes mistakes. I've also met people ingame, which say I do a bad job as a moderator, that I should resign, they claim they've got recordings of me abusing my powers, that I falsely tp to them to check where they're basing. But I myself know I have never done that. So I stress, and I talk to people, and get some tips from other staff members.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Hello, I see you've been accepted as moderator on ssrp. Here's a short and nice guide for you!
F6 Menu :

In the F6 Menu you can see a players recent punishments (warns, bans, kicks, mutes, etc)
Tab Menu:

In the Tab Menu you can "Kick" a player. (Disconnects player from server untill he relogs), You can Mute Chat (Takes away players ability to use chat), You can Freeze (Freezes players for the ammount of time you chose, indefinetly, 10sec, 30sec, 1min, 5min, 10min) You can Slay (Kills a person, you can choose between Normal Slay, Silent Slay, Explode Slay, Rocket Slay), You can Mute Globally (Mutes the player globally) You can Mute (Mutes Player untill you unmute, or time of mute runs out) You can TP (Teleports player to your crosshairs location), You can Goto (Teleports you to player chosen), You can Bring (Brings them to your location), You can Back (Choose between tping them back to spawn, or previous location before you tped them)
F1 Menu:

The F1 Menu is where you do the admin requests, bottom left of your corner you see the active f1s, Open the F1 menu by pressing F1, in the menu you can see all active f1s, and which staff member is doing them. You can see the Priority (Sorted by the time) When you are going to do an F1, you right click on the F1 with highest priority, and chose "Handle This" then you right click again, and get alot of commands you can do. First tp to them, then ask if u can bring them to a roof. If There is any F1 saying "Fuck you admins, retards not doing F1s" or anything like that, right click and press "Discard As Spam Or Abuse"
You also have to attend to your first meeting, and feel free to attend to all meetings. Meeting every saturday 7:00 GMT +0
There you can vote for the new moderators.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? Hey, I noticed I am the admin who banned you. After taking a look at your recent warns/bans, I see this is your first ban. And you have no recent warnings. It was silly of me to ban you permanently for propspam, as this is your first ban, I will unban you. I am sorry for this, just keep in mind the !motd. I will go and unban you now.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): I wish to be promoted, because I feel after having 4 weeks of experience on zarp as a moderator, I have learned alot, I have taught others alot, done a decent ammount of f1s, and I feel I need admin powers to do some f1s without disturbing admins which might be afk/doing something important. If I get promoted, I will be able to hop between servers whenever needed. I will ban if you give me the ID, and a valid reason. I will be alot more active, I will do alot more f1s, I will attend to most meetings, I will be on teamspeak and ssrp daily, so poke me on ts or pm me ingame if you ever need me. I will be alot more mature about what I do, I will be alot more aware of what I do.
