Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
The main reason why i started an application for an staff member is to help people! I just love to help people and that is what i do best! It makes me smile and happy everyday! I have been staff for 4 weeks now [Or 3] And having Mod powers is amazing! But i find my self in situations having powers of Admin would really,really help! [example,] If someboady is breaking alot of rules (Mass rulebreaking) i kick him... And there isn't any Admin Soo i need to warn him,warn him! Untill they reach the ban treshold, And if i was an Admin i would deal with that in 1 sec...



Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): There was a mass rulebreaking for disrespect etc... He wouldn't stop i mute him nope he dose it again then i needed to warn him ALOT of times untill he gets ban for 1 hrs... And after that he camed back mass disrespect/prop pushing/prop flying/etc... There wasn't any staff on soo i needed to deal it with my self! Untill i warn'd him again for rulebreaking he did he got banned and left finally!




If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Well hello there. My name is VideonUriel but u can call me Racoon! I am here to give u a guide how to be an Moderator on ZarpGaming. And btw congratulations on Moderator ^-^ / Soo if u press f1 u will see the menu looks like this see [Admin Requests, Warnings, Loggings and Active NLR] U use the Admin Requests that needes to be handeld [f1's] [If u click tab then on your name u can see how many f1's u did] If there is an f1 not being handel'd u can take it by Right clicking on it and left clicking on Handle it. [You can see how many f1's are not handel'd on your left bottom corner of your screen/Also u can see the f1's that are being handel'd when u click f1 then VideonUriel request'ed an f1 reason: Rdm [Handling: SyStem] something like that!] There is an option to discard as a spam.. That is if someboady is spamming f1 like [Fuck you Admins u ain't doing shit u cunts sorry for lang] u mark it as spam.


The commands:

Teleport:
Teleport is the command that u can teleport with
u can bind it on your key by opening the console typing

[Recommended] bind v "say /teleport


Or u can use tab your name and then teleport.

Teleport command is used to get on the roof etc.


Bring

Bring is the command to bring people to you

I recommend doing TAB then find the user [XXXProKillerXXX] as a Gangster then click on him and bring... But before bringing someboady in a sit goto them and ask them if u can bring them.

But u can also use /bring [ID] don't use Nickname!


Back

/back is the command used to teleport the person to there last location

I recommend using TAB then Back then Last Location or Spawn

[TIP: This is most like'ly used in a sit when ur finish with them]



Freeze is the command to freeze a User that is mass rulebreaking etc.
That is the best command to stop rulebreakers as a Mod u can't jail btw and u can Freeze them for 5/10 min then come back after 5/10 min and un freeze them soo that would be like jail!


Recommended TAB/ Find user's name / Click on them / Freeze [FOR EVER] or if ur doing jail There will be time's there 10 min 5 min etc.


Kick


Kick is the command that allows you to kick an User. For example if someboady is mass rulebreaking [Prop spamming] we will give it and there isn't any higher rank on the server then Mod and they won't remove it u can kick them. /kick [Steam ID] or TAB/The name of the person/Click/Kick
Recommended to use /kick [Steam ID] [Reason]


Slay


This commands allows u to Slay a person. [Example] There is an Citizen with a big gun breaking rules rdm'ing etc... U bring him to the roof and ask him why he did it? And could he drop that gun he wouldn't drop the gun then u can slay him [Best to use an Tab / The name of the person / Click / Slay]

or /slay [Steam id]
This commands isn't used very often


F6 Menu

There is an f6 menu it shows people's punishemnts this is used before u warn if they have an active warn for Rdm then u can warn him for rdm if he dosen't u can give him a verb-warn. [And if i u give him and verb-warn and he did it again then u can warn him]



Mod on Duty

this job dose only f1's
[Don't walk on streets as a Mod on Duty]

MUTE

This is the command used to mute an User


There is an Mute for Chat or an Voice chat

This is used for mic spammers / Disrespecting


/chatmute [Steam id] /voicemute [Steam id]


Or TAB/User's name/ click on them then Mute Chat or Mute Voice and there is time

Admin tool

And i was confused frist time why do i have an Admin tool if i am an Mod?
But the creator of it call'd it an Admin tool!

But the tool helps u see if the keypad or faiding door is connected to faiding door[keypad] or keypad[faiding door]

It's just to see if faiding door is fake or real!
And the timing isn't set good etc. U will find out if just *CLICK ^-^*

And last is

If u type @ [Then massage] u enter the Admin chat
when ur in the Admin chat u can ask for anything! If u need an Admin or SA or Ha to u etc.

Why should i be promoted?

I am mature
and i am calm & friendly guy in general ^-^ I love playing ZarpGaming i am on there every single day! - I am really good with f1's and helping people! As i got Mod i was doing my best to help the server ^-^
I work awesome as a Team and i think i will fit well with Zarp Admin team
I know all the Admins and i am always respectfull! Making everyboady to smile and making them happy!!! As much as i can!
I really know the rules i read them every morning to see for new rules and just to refresh my self!
Soo i can deal with rulebreakers quickly as possible!
And btw alot of Mod's/Admin's are resigning lately and we need stronger Staff team! Soo i am here!

And i bealive i can help the server! As an Admin!

NO NO NO!!!!

This dude is so incredibly immature, and was the very soul reason i resigned because he began the reason I didn't want to be staff. I remember straight after he got mod he began talking trash, saying his going to be " better staff than me, get admin first and do more F1's " The staff team is not a competition. IT IS A TEAM!!!!!! We work together to keep everything smoothe. We don't bad mouth and talk shit. This dude doesn't even deserve mod tbh, But it ain't my choice. I just don't believe i see fit for him to set an example for coming Moderators. It won't end well.
