Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I have been a moderator a year ago for a long time , when the meeting will be there I will be mod for 2 weeks.
I really love f1's but its annoying to freeze people quickly or something . I made a lot of friends this 2 weeks and im really happy that i have a chance to help the server.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I had someone who told me " i am going to mass rdm in spawn" i said " go do it if you want but u will get punished for that "
After he killed me by " accident" i gave him a warning for rdmx2 and he got banned for having 4 warnings .
He made a warn request on the forums and told me i was doing bad and I was very confused and asked some admins to help me . 1 houre after the ban he came back and instantly broke rules again, he had 4 warnings and a ban on 1 day and he was about to get another one so DEADMONSTER helped me out.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
First of all i would go trough all the commands that a mod can use . i will also tell him how to use the f1 and f6 menu and how to handle in a difficult sit.

When player Y made an F1 about player X , you cant just teleport player X to the roof You first have to (/goto STEAMID) and check if he is busy ( bank vault raid) , If he is not , u ask him "Hi sir , is it okej that i bring u to a roof?". Otherwise u maybe ruin player X's day.

A really important command is (/freeze STEAMID) , this command allowes u to freeze a player if he runs away from a sit / mass rdming / mass rdaing / more , You can easy freeze him then go to a roof and use the command (/bring STEAMID)
This command allowes u to bring the person to where you are at the moment ( roof ).

two other commands u really need is "Mute Chat" or " Mute Globally" , these commands allow you to mute chat / voice mute the person when the person is Disrespectfull , Micspamming , Spamming and more. this command is very usefull and u are going to use it a lot.

The F1 Menu allowes u to open the menu where u can see "Admin Requests , Warnings , Loggings & Active NLR"
The admin requests are the f1's the members made , the warnings are the warnings the other staff members / yourself gave to members , Loggings are the loggs where u can see everything what happened like " Name Change , Arrest , Kills , joining & more " . In the F6 menu you can see the punishments of specific players , u can use it when ur in a sit and want to verbal warn a person . if you see he is allready warned that day for "RDM" then u can better warn him again for "RDM" and dont verbal him.

/slay ( not really needed , it can slay people)

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Seems like your appeal looks very nice and detailed , because it is your first ban i am going to shorten your ban to 2 weeks if you can proof me after this ban that you really changed .

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I have been a player on this server for so long , its feels like this is a huge part of my life and i would like to do more for this server . I did enough f1's i think and i will do more this week. When i do f1's i can stay calm and i never get mad at people in f1s. I think i should be promoted becuz i have put a lot of time on this server and some Mods onley do f1's to make the f1 counter higher , i always also do sits when some people ask me without an f1. I heared that there are not enought S3 players so i will go to s3 often to o some f1s and to check if someone is breaking rules . I made a lot of friends in the 2 weeks i have been a Mod and i would like to be enabled to do easyer and more things for this server , I am a very active player and i will play on every server. some days ago i found someone printing outside the map , i had to tp outside the map to check it and tp is way more difficult then Noclip , People sometimes tell me "go Spectate player X" as a mod i have to say that im not allowed to spectate and i would really like it that i have some more powers / commands to use . aswell i changed my attitude even more becuz I know if you are admin u have to be serious and dont mess around all the time. I hope i will see you guys soon in the Admin Staff team and a big Thank you for reading this apply.

The only issue I have with you is how immature you are. When you raided us you started talking shit about us and even breaking NLR to try to finish the raid. Also no offense but you comment some pretty retarded stuff When it comes to accepting that you got outplayed. However you're not that bad at moderating and you're also not very harsh, You just have to work on your general maturity.
