I have been given Permission by Paramontana, to apply straight for admin, as I've been admin before twice! I will be taking out bits off of my last application, but I change the things I feel I need to change.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Since I am applying straight for admin, I will be taking the first time I've been a moderator as an example. I think the time as a moderator in the beginning was a little difficult for me, but after about a week or so, I figured out what to do, and rarely made mistakes, but when I made a mistake, I tried my best to fix everything I did wrong. I listened to people and explained everything in great detail, I think overall the time as a moderator changed my mindset and I became more professional.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
It's often an obstacle when the one who has broken a rule can't speak english. I mean it's nice that people from different countries play on this server and enjoy it, but communicating with them without knowing the language they speak could be quite difficult. Fortunately, i always found a way to tell those people what they made wrong. Sometimes i asked another staff-member who can speak the language and sometimes i had to use Google Translate. (Which is not the best thing to use to translate sentences, but it does the job). Also there's a lot of people that are arguing with the staff-member quite often, despite of them being in the wrong, but I think I can handle these situations quite well.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?First of all, thanks for applying. You are now a staff member of ZarpGaming, a person that is responsible for the rulebreakers/questions on the server. First of all remember, that you can't use an abusive command when you are in a roleplay character. That means, every command that can give you advantage when for example raiding someone or doing other RP things is not allowed. Example: If you raid someone and /freeze him so he can't do anything about it. That's abusing and will be punished. You can use your commands against rulebreakers for example as a gangster. But you can't give yourself an advantage.
How to become Mod on Duty?
Press F4, go to jobs and choose "Moderator on Duty". You are now not allowed to roleplay.
How to handle F1's?
If there is a red box that says "1 unhandled request", then there is an F1 that is not handled. If you want to Handle an F1, press F1. Now you should see how many seconds ago the F1 was made, also you see the name and the Description of the F1. Right click on the request you want to handle and click on "handle this" and then use the Go to player button or just type in chat /goto (Player). When the request is handled Press F1 and right click to the F1 you handled.. Then you will see the button that will delete the F1 when you have it solved "Mark F1 as finished".
Now let's look at the main commands:
/freeze: A command that is used for people who run away from you. If you type /freeze (player) the player can't move until you /unfreeze.
/goto: Is a teleportation command that allows you to go to a player. /goto (Player) [Teleports to player]
/bring: Brings a player to you! /bring (player) [Teleports a player to you]
/warn: Warns a player, if he did something wrong. /warn (Player) (reason). [After 3 warns kick after 4 Warns temporary ban.]
/kick: Kicks a player out of the server. /kick (Player) (reason)
/tp: Tp's a player where you look at/ Tp's you where the player is looking at. /tp (you) (player) or /tp (player) (you)
Kick, bring, goto and freeze are Commands that are accessible through the tab menu, so for the best result use tab.
/slay: kills a player. [Rocket = Fly and explode, explode = obvious, normal = just die, silent = vanish and die.]
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
If the player takes a lot of time to do his appeal he would show that he is still interested to play on this server. So if he promises that he doesn't do anything again i would give him another chance and lower his ban. The reply would look like this: "Hello Player, due to the fact that you put so much effort into this application and apologized to the players and the staff members i am considering to give you another chance. Your ban will be shortened to 5 days. I hope you realized, that what you did was not good and you could've ruined peoples gaming-experience.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I have been on ZARP since November 2013 (admittedly, with a lot of breaks). I've seen pretty much everything there is to see, and I know everything there is to know. I have read the rules again, and made myself familiar with any changes to them. I know a lot of other staff-members, that can help me, when I need help. Also, I made myself familiar with the "ethos". I know when I should use the warn command, when I should use the ban command and when I should kick someone, and won't be biased against any users. I will listen to you if you have any problems and I like talking to people on the internet.
I can be online at least 2 hours in the week, and 4-8 hours on weekends. In this time, I will focus mainly on handling F1's. And lastly, I have never been abusing my powers before, and would never do such things, so I am a person that the community can trust.
