Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
During my time as a Moderator I've experinced a few limitations on what I can and can't do to help out people, During my positions in this community I feel like I could be really beneficial if I got this position as I could help out people when no other staff is online. I have a really good knowledge of ulx and fadadmin due to being staff on SSRP and as well as previous times before, Being a Moderator has made me think really hard that am I ready and am I interested in this position and yeah I am. During the new update of BHOP I've had a interest in it as it's a really good gamemode and to cool down when I've been doing stuff on SSRP.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
During a time when I was the only staff member online as BHOP has a limit to staff as they're not that many staff online to help around the servers, I have the been the only staff member online when a player spams or is extremely rude so I need to be respectful and follow the Staff Ethos as well as to ensure they follow the server rules, I've experienced when I have to kick people or ask people to come on and deal with the issue as I can't ban people if they break rules.
If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello lad!, First of all congratulations on getting Staff on ZARP BHOP! I will train you today, So first of all my name is Jordan and I'm a Zarp Member, I will train you today! Alright so first of all we have a ulx system installed, So it's needed for you to type ! and not /. Down below I will Show you how to use your commands!

Now you've gotten your powers, if you want to type !menu in chat then you can see everything that you can use, The tabs are separated in different sections,
Chat is where all the gags and stuff are,
Menus is where you can use the !motd to quickly refresh your brain on the rules.
Utility there is where you can use the command to kick people from the server. So now I will go through every commands you can use.
Chat
Now you can see all the stuff in that section, Now I will go in to lists on what command is witch.
Asay:
Asay is basicly a short way to message currently online Admins, If you want to use this to a chat command then just type @ and you can speak to the current staff online.
Gag:
When someone mic spams and you've told them to stop many times then you can use this command to basicly mute there microphone so they can't speak no more, I'd useually use this command for a micspam case and then I'd ungag them when a map changes, If you'd like to use this command as a chat command then just type !gag <name> <Howlong>
Mute:
When someone is chat spamming and you've told them to stop, You can use this command and it basicly mutes there chat so they can no longer type anything, It's the same as the Gag command but except Gag is for Microphone and mute is for chat. If you'd like to use this as a chat command then just type !mute <name> <How Long>.
So if you find a player breaking rules or exploiting and you've told him off many times, You can use this command to get the player of the server. I'd only use this command if they're not any other Admins available to help you out with your problem, Before you use this command you should take in to consideration that we have a staff ethos implemented and you should take a look at that to show and to think if you think a kick is respectful and needed in that situation.
Staff Ethos , Basicly what the staff ethos is basicly we have a new system implemented, if someone just breaks one rule then it's not needed for you just to ban him straight out the bag as you don't like the player, You should take everything in that post in to consideration and follow them.
Firstly I'd wait for a member of staff to come forward and speak to me about the ban, After having a discussion with them it'll be up to them to weather or not to accept the ban appeal so they can be unbanned or lowered or they can deny the appeal.

Knowledge:
During my time I've been in this community, I've gained so many new stuff that I've not known before and I've really enjoyed being in this community, currently due to my positions in this community I have an excellent knowledge of rules as well as how to handle things differently that other people may not know how to handle, So if I go this promotion I could use it to help players who are in need of help and help them out to the best that I can.
Time:
As I'm currently SSRP Super Admin I'm experienced in to handle many situations as well as to speak to people who are in need of a refresher or just to tell them off, I'm really active and I'm experienced in to helping players and stepping out my comfort zone to help players who don't know how to handle stuff, If I got this powers I could help out Moderators as well as help players to understand how fun BHOP can be if people respect the rules.
Attitude:
I'm experienced in to handle many situations and I've always had a positive outlet to people coming forward to me to ask questions or me coming to them and helping them out to help them out for them to understand the way to experience many new stuff if I got granted with these powers.
Ranks:
As I'm SSRP Super Administrator, Forum Staff, TeamspeakStaff and BHOP Moderator that shows that I'm experienced to handle situations and it shows that I'm active in many servers to help out people, so if I got granted with these powers I could help even more people and help the BHOP server grow back to the previous point where it was.
