I don't play Deathrun so I have no idea what you're like in game, but from what I have seen out of Deathrun, you're very immature on the TeamSpeak which concerns me if you're applying for admin and you're quite unstable person, messaging people saying "Should I resign", "I'm a shit staff demote me" and so on.
