When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
The Ban Command is a very serious command that should be used in situations when a player is just making the gameplay impossible/very unpleasant to other players. This means Hacking, Mass Exploiting or Cheating. A ban should also be the right approach when a player is constantly breaking the rules even after being warned several times for breaking them. Also, if the player has a large history of Constantly Disrespecting other players, being racist/sexist/homophobic, the ban command should be used against him/her. Lastly, if a player is Disconnecting in order to avoid a punishment coming his/her way or one that is already being cast upon him/her (Punishment Avoiding), a ban should also be used.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

There were 2 guys playing with me and some friends of mine late a night. These guys were massive trollers and were harrassing us multiple times. As a mod, I muted/gagged them but they just kept disconnecting and then connecting back to avoid the punishments that I was giving. It was late a night and since I was new to the staff team I didn't have anyone to call for help. Eventually they both left. If I was an admin at the time then both the players would've been banned not only because they avoided a punishment given to them but also because they were massive trolls and were just making our gameplay experience a true hell.

Why I should be promoted? or in this case Why should I be accepted?

I've been around Deathrun for a while now. Have been staff on it and even had the pleasure of becoming Super-Admin.
The people that know me from before know that I'm friendly and helpful. Everytime someone needs help on X thing I gladly help them out and say that if they ever need some more help that they can count on me to help them out once more.
Deathrun is just a gamemode that I enjoy very much and I try to give the same experience to everyone. Ever since I joined that I was welcomed by all the admins and mods and now that I came back I can finnaly do the same to the new players of the server.
I'll gladly help out and come up with new ideas that will improve Zarp's Deathrun and hopefully everyone's experience on the server.
I know that I didn't quite make 6 hours last week. Howhever, this week, I almost have the 6 hours made and I'll continue to play on the server since I want to improve gametime as much as possible.
