He claimed he said he was pissed because he got warned for CDM.

I warned him for his rule breaks.

B4nQk0k, you need to learn to better control yourself in these situations. You still lashing out at people and being so disrespectful shows you still have key things to work on before you go for a staffing position on our team.

Im looking through your application and your comments , it seems you are breaking rules wich no potential staff member or any user for a matter of fact should do . You are breaking these basic rules and you know what you are doing wrong but you do it anyway

Why is immaturity a factor for being denied or accepted, Yes it may impact how he deals sits etc but people forget that even the slightest things can change your "maturity" the situation you are in, the way you are feeling and even the people you are in can all make an impact on your "maturity" everyone has a bad day, many staff do stupid shit and they are given chances so why shouldn't this guy?
