Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
Removal of Powers: A new feature TS3 Head Admins have access to is the ability to remove TS3 Staff. I'd make sure the person was who they said they were, and simply remove their powers if they were resigning or demoted, etc.
Giving Powers: A common occurrence for me is having to give people teamspeak staff, unfortunately I cannot with my current rank but If I was TS3 Head Admin, i'd confirm the identity matched with who he said he was, make sure he was trained and ready for the rank and them give it to him.
Dealing with Appeals, Removing Bans: I'd review the appeal and get a basic understanding of the situation from the users side of things. Once I see which TS3 Staff, Owner, or Community Manager had banned them i'd try to get in contact with the staff member and let the user know on the thread. Once I've gotten in contact, I'd link them the appeal and get their side of the ban. One I've diffused fiction and non-fiction with the appeal from both sides I'd reply and get any more information I'd need from the user. If he was claiming abuse there would need to be proof or if the staff member admitted it when I confronted them.
What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words). : Well firstly, I'd be able to remove and give teamspeak staff which is quite annoying currently as I have to get an owner online to do it which can sometimes take days. I'd be able to do it more effectively, quickly, and of course help the users and staff at hand more appropriately. I'd also be able to monitor teamspeak bans and deal with appeals, which comes in handy as owners and Community Managers currently can only deal with these. I'd be able to remove other teamspeak staff's reports even, and all of my experience will push me beyond expectations as this rank.
EXTRA CREDIT: How much does RedPowder sell client Icons for? : $50,000,000 + TAX!
How would you deal with a staff member that needed their teamspeak rank removed?: If a staff member had resigned or been demoted, this is a very common occurrence and the best way to deal with it is first make sure they are who they say they are and for what reason it needs to be removed. Once I've identified these, I'll just right click his name and remove his rank.
How would you deal with a ban appeal on the teamspeak?: Well of course I'd review the appeal and get a basic understanding of the situation from the users side of things.
Hello,
I've spoken with the staff member that banned you on the teamspeak and we can both agree you deserve a second chance.

Experienced
I believe when it comes to experience I have the most among all of the possible applicants. I've been teamspeak staff for over a year and two months now, during this time I've done the meeting outcomes nearly every month and even trained most of the current and former Teamspeak Staff. I've got high ranked positions across all of the servers, including
SSRP Head Administrator ,
Forum Administrator ,
BHOP Owner ,
TTT Head Administrator ,
Deathrun Super Administrator ,
ZARP & FP Teamspeak Staff. Besides these, three servers that were recently closed I was Head Administrator on the
Minecraft Server and
CS:GO 1v1
Dedicated
I've been TS3 Staff on both ZARP & Friendly Players for over a year and two months now, whilst staff I've done plenty of meeting outcomes for teamspeak, including trainings. I've been in ZARP for over three years now, and I won't be leaving anytime soon.
Helpful
Currently as TS3 Staff I staff to the best of my ability on the teamspeak server and I'm a very reliable member of staff and the community in general. I get messaged constantly to give and remove peoples teamspeak staff, this would help me in training and avoid for me having to go to an owner to do something I'm easily capable of doing with these new found powers. I'm on Teamspeak around 10-16 hours a day, and will be able to actively use my powers.
Trusted
I'm a very trusted member of the community and servers. I've listed my ranks above, but trust is built off more than just ranks. I've played ZARP for a little bit over for three years now, and have made hundreds of friends within the community most to this day. I'm a Forum Administrator which gives me access to the backend of the website which shows i'm very trusted. I have a great passion for helping others within the community, and with my new found powers I'll be able to further my reach and continue to help and grow as a member and staff in the community.
Attitude
Attitude is a big part of any sort of position and job, my attitude is always positive and I tend to seek out the positives in any situation. Most people aren't like this and with these powers I feel this sort of approach and attitude will prolong and exceed what the norm is for a staff position.
Vision
With these new found powers I'll be able to remove and add teamspeak staff, manage channels, and deal with teamspeak ban appeals, etc. I already pretty much do all of these, however it requires the help of an owner to bridge that connection between me and the people that need help. With these powers, I'd be able to do this myself and with all of my other qualities I prove to be a great candidate for the position.
Fair
In any situation, i'm a very fair person and member of staff. This quality helped me get to the positions I currently hold. I always do my best to remain as a third party in situations and not be bias, i'll be able to help many more members of the community and represent myself as a fair Teamspeak Head Administrator.
