My verdict: Immature, Can't handle feedback on the forum, Doesnt help in the ssrp section and i dont see you there as often.

I was reading the comments above and you just basically saying something is shit, but you don't tell him how to fix it (respect for the exception), if you say it is shit you should help him cause it can make me think you can't do better

I am not going to write names but everyone knows the people.

So let's begin with my verdict
App: short, you need to expand it a lot more especially the Why me? section
Activity: globally is quite good but in SSRP section you could post more.
Hint: Report things for the mods in that section or from the whole forum (like staff list needs to be edited etc.)

Awful application that looks rushed and could easily be typed in under a minute, doesn't help out in the section so much and inactive. To improve you should really describe the Why me in much better detail so it kind of sound persuasive and makes the forum staff consider accepting you instead of something that could easily be typed in under a minute or so. Does not deserve this role in my eyes. He is too young and immature. He is supposed to be a member of staff that represents Zarp and he will lie on behalf of his friends to try and course misfortune of others. [i.e leaving this post on my application; Immature,Not friendly ingame. When after never meeting me or even being online to know who I am]

I feel you can be a bit unstable at times and it happens often over steam messages to me and a few others. When you are, you usually say things you otherwise wouldn't say and lack judgement when you're doing so. I'd work on dissolving that issue to the point where it doesn't happen anymore as it could impact your staffing ability here on the forums.

You're a nice guy in general and you are active here on the forum, just work on the criticism I gave above and i'm sure you'll get it in due time.
