Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
im an Ex-admin and i directly applied to adminship , so here is what id have to say about old days , being a mod is easy and hard when your just on the start not when you get used to it as well as you dont get that much or power such as Cloaking , banning and such so you dont have to get the harder job , in the side of admins its harder where you take control of hard work if you do it right its gonna be easy if you dont get to your work , it will be problimatic so being a mod was just easy for me as well as admin either but when it comes to be the only admin on the server with 13 F1s , i was able to handle everything were it went under control because i know my work ! my powers , and how to use them in help .

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
well as i said from before im an ex-admin so id say a bit about old days , i had a deadline in an f1 were i had to look over a billion proof which showing hard stuff against 2 reporters each one of them was showing as problem against the other sent my proofs , along with Screenshots to Videos which was hard to went for the end as i had to warn both of them for their mistakes as they all are in the provided evidences .
If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
there are alot of commands for moderators that they need to learn to do their work so here is a list of commands and what should be said in a training of a mod ... so here we go .
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
at first , who is the guy and how is he gonna react , because they say we give chances for people to change but some people just dont , so after seeing that guy due to if hes mature or not id give him a second chance with deep watch over his actions to avoid him not doing it again so if we need to avoid all of this problem to be retried we just take the right reasons to put him to it so we can not just stop him from doing that again , so we can help him in learnning what is the game about when you dont rule break .

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
at first im an ex-admin not to say that wow look at me or such , no im a normal guy like any other person , mod / admin or any other user or any human on the plant , so the first thing is that i know my job and what is the type of power ill be given i know what is the "being staff" is all about its just not a game because you are here to help the server off rule breakers and help players in their problems ,as well we are the staff team here not just to miss around , we are here to give the players a fair , clean and pure gameplay with not any sort of cheating / exploiting / and mistake actions as it depends on the severity we act and we will never ever abuse our power , because its our weapon against rule breakers and not the server itself , as ive seen in my just before few weeks a problem with some admins and staff in general not doing their work , except few and the server being eaten by rule breakers is just heart melting to see zarp from the best to the core of rule breaking , as that time i equipped my tgun by a mistake a guy just started shooting me for no reason (vip member , master theif job , designer suit , he just doesnt look like a new guy ) he started shooting me to lose it and screaming in the mic KILL HIM LET HIM LOSE THE TGUN , i just shot him with it along with an admin on duty seemed have picked him up while this admin (no names) is one of the ones working but seeing the number of the not working admins above the working ones is just not good to see and really heads me to work again , because even if a single hand in a whole world can changed it and as G-man said in HL2 the right man in the wrong place can change the world because i have admin powers let me use it to help people in their problems and not fight them for worse , and after all of this time i spent in my job , i want to reapply for adminship and give the best of my work to everysingle guy on the server to help him AND I PROMISE I WILL NEVER EVER ABUSE MY POWERS WHAT EVER HAPPENS AND ILL KEEP DOING ALL MY BEST IN WORK TO GIVE THE PEOPLE THEIR RIGHTS AND HELP T HE SERVER

I remember when slayer was an admin, it was the time I was an admin too. Slayer was a really great guy and helped out with the server and the community itself. You are a very active member of the server and I think you deserve another chance to get back on the team and be a great fulfilling admin again.
