Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Ive been moderator for quite a while. Ive done a lot of F1's and ive been working on playing more around both servers instead of only server 2. Ive also learned a lot as a moderator. Such as how the commands tab everything works. Ive helped a lot of people with thier F1's until my limits

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
As a moderator on a server. where no admins are online. The only thing you can do against an Propspammer Or Mass RDMer. Is kicking / keep warning them. If you warn them they 50% of the time leave the game. And a kick will only help you as far, if the player is still able to connect. If the player does not reconnect your lucky but maybe they will reconnect anyway. As a admin you can just ban the person. But even calling an Admin on Teamspeak will sometimes take 1 - 5 minutes. in this time the person coult have left anyway, also as a moderator you can have the risk of not being able to respond as quickly due to the lack of noclip and other things such as grabbing and freezing them without the need for commands.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Well User "Name here" As a moderator there are some commands and some stuff to go around.
Here are for example some commands

You can use /warn [Name/SteamID] [Reason]
Use this for warning people who are breaking the rules
If you accidently warned the wrong personor you wanna take it back
use /unwarn [name/steamID]

You can /tp
Pretty self explaining but some diffrent ways are there. use /bring to bring a person to you. /back to bring them back (Does not work if you /bring the person). You can use /goto to go to an person. and if you do /tp you will teleport yourself. If you do /tp [name] You will teleport the person. Do not Use /tp in RP situations it might get you demoted

Also you have acces to /freeze [SteamID/Name]
This will make a person unable to be killed to move. Or to even shoot. His game is completely frozen use this if a person keeps running away. DONT Forget to unfreeze a person or else they are stuck. Use this move when people are trying to get away from you or if they wont stop mvoing.

You can as a mod Use the "Logs"
Press F1 and go to the logs tab. You can search for things that happend. as Kills suicides arrests Hits and Leaves + demoted + connects

I woult recommend using the SteamID rather then the Name because people can stack like this D[erp] H[erp] That will tp both or whatever you do

Admin keypad checker
If you pick the "Admin Keypad Checker" You can left click a keypad to see what its connected to how long it works. This also works on a Fading door however dont be fooled! if it says 0.01sec it still can be a toggle door

F1 System
If you press F1 instead of the "Sumit your report here" You will see a System where you can see the player who requested help / Reason / Time. You can Right click on any report and handle it. this also is a quick way to goto / bring a player. [If theres an unhandled report in the left down side of your screen "Unhandeled F1's [Numer]" will apear]

Tab
If you press tab all the options will be shown on a player by clicking on thier name. It will also give you the ability to kick / Unban from job. If someone gets demoted from a job you can [If the demotion was not valid] unban them from the job using that function

[General tip]
Do not trust players by thier words! always ask for proof. If they both are telling a story one of em is lying so proof is then the only way out, And if you need to let someone go because neither has proof let is be.




Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Dear [Insert player name here] I can see that youre sorry but propspamming is a bannable offence, I will however lower your ban to 1 week that week is time for you to fully read the rules and think about what youve done wrong. Ill be glad having you back in a week!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Ive been mod for around 2-4 Months in total playtime. Since ive been working my ass off. Ive been doing a lot of F1's. I will keep trying to help as mutch people as i can. some admins have maybe gotten a wrong picture of me but hey. i chance myself to . Ive been talking to a couple of administrators and for private reasons i wont call thier names. Theyve told me i need to keep doing what i'm doing. And i will . If i ask for thier opinion about me they say its all fine. mostly. Ive cahnged. I do more F1's. I have more playtime and a lot more. Dont judge me based on old apps. This is the new anna not the old one. And if i get dnied again. please give me a clear reason why, i woult love to improve that.

I am really glad that you are back. You have been a reaaaaalllly good admin in the past. But since you just came back I suggest you to get atleast 2 weeks of activity and apply. Well its your choice tbh. Btw welcome back bae <33333333
