Estimated Server Time: I have been on the server for a while now and I have accomplished so much in this duration of time. I would say I'm on 80-120 hours.

Languages I speak: German, English, Dutch, France and Spanish





A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.
1st I would tell them to go on to our website zarpgaming.com and possibly walk them through into creating a new account because they are a new player. I would then tell the player to click the following link (zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/report-abuse) and tell them to proceed in creating a report but I'd also advise them to follow the template so they can get a proper review. If it was a ban request, for example, I would have to contact a player with a higher rank to deal with the ban as I would be a mod and I wouldn't be able to give the correct punishments. But if it was a mute request I could solve the report quickly and easily without any hassle.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.
1st I would kindly ask them to stop what they're doing as a verbal warning to show the player that they're in the wrong and they shouldn't be doing that. If the player dues to carry on I would either mute them or kick them from the server depending on what the spam was like and that should end it all. But if for some reason the player carry's on spamming I will contact a higher rank of authority to deal with the player with a /temp ban or even permanent.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.
A player being disrespectful is punishable in many ways. It depends on what they're abusing on. Being rude to a player by being (stereotypical or harassing) can lead to many warnings including a mute or possibly a kick. Being disrespectful to a staff member could be worse as they have more power over you.

Racism -
Being racist should not be tolerated at all. Defying against another race is just rude, hurtful and I would not take it nicely if I caught anyone doing it. I would instantly give them a verbal warning to show that they have done wrong and they shall not do it again. I will also report it to a server administrator and describe what has happened in full details. The further consequences would lead to a kick from me or a ban from the server administrator.


Stereotypical/Sexist-
Both of these meanings won't be as serious by being racist but it's still not a good thing to do. Being hatred against another gender or just bullying a kid cause he hasn't got much of a manly voice is still also rather harsh. I would talk to them about their actions and hope they understand what they have impacted on other people. If they due to carry on I would give them a mute or a kick so they get that we do take it seriously and it should not be tolerated. This would normally be as far as I go. But after insults and sexists messages I would contact and admin for a temp ban, depending on their actions.

Disrespecting staff-
The disrespecting staff is normally the same of being stereotypical but you're just defying the people who help support the server and do their duty. If someone continuously kept on disrespecting me, I would message them to stop and hope they got the message. If they due to carry on I would give them a mute for disrespecting to a staff member as you don't really want to be picked on when you're only doing your job.



Why should you be chosen?
I have done a great deal to the zarp community with being a SSRP and Deathrun admin. But I've also shown my dedication and effort with the spawns and hubs I have built for you guys meaning I take my job very seriously because of my recent rank I got 'builder' when I was chosen from the lead team to build for them, this was a great opportunity (thanks).
I think being a moderator for your server will help you out, I'm on 24/7 till no one is on, literally, and when I find the mods go off for a few hours all the baddies come on by spamming and hacking and no one is there to stop it. I am also friendly but also reasonable moderator as I can deal with situations quickly and efficiently. Since I have quite a good understanding of how to deal with rule breakers. I could help the server out by stopping the rule breakers and making it a happy place to be while no mods are on.
