1st of all, Admins do take into concideration the support and minus from the reasons that are given
2nd of all, I have stopped breaking rules
3rd and last of all, Just stop disrespecting, might get you somewhere better than a minus support from me.

We sometimes just mention that in the meeting like 'A lot of replies about being immature etc'.Only if they have proof, it is going to be told in the meeting and will be against him.We do check everything we can, so we will be able to make staff team better and better.
