Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin I have only been a moderator on server for 2 weeks but I feel happy on staff team, I have my downsides but I feel experienced and have a good knowledge of the rules in my opinion. I think I will be Mature enough for a promotion in the staff role of an administrator.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around Well There was a time where I was in a sit and Someone was getting mass rdmed/Spawn Camped and I tried talking. The person left sit 3 times. S i called Morgan,Morgan took The user who was accused and he talked to him. Then the other guy said Hey Did you nit give him a warn or whatever, I told him Morgan sorted it and he started complaining and I told him it was fine and sorted. He still was complaining saying we where to easy on people. So i just told him that we do not want to give out big bans etc for some small things that he agreed to not do again. The user never did it again.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? I would say " So moderators are here to clean servers not to hand out warn's,Kick's, Slay's Ect. There are also many command's Which are the following.

Also Kicking is only useful for mass RDM And stuff big that continues, The player will be auto kicked after 3 warns.

If Player is refusing etc Call a higher rank that may be experienced and can help. To get to Staff chat do /// or @.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? So [USER] I see I have banned you permanetly and That the punishment is way to long just for propspam. I see that you mean in the way you put effort in you really want back and will not do it again ACCEPTED We will Unban you ASAP

Why Me For Promotion Administrators have much more commands and abilities that moderators cannot do. So If I did Have administrator It would be easier for me to work with F1'S And problem's. Even if i do not get accepted I will put even more effort into Being the staff role I already am To earn myself a promotion and to help even more. When i am not busy I will do an F1 Asap. When In F1'S I make sure I am fully in control and that I can solve the problem. When in an F1 I try not to rush or panic.

You're just trying to jump ranks now.
When you put some dedication in the two servers that you got accepted for, go for it.

I think you won't be able to be active enough on Dark RP as you have to be active on 2 other servers.

It's nothing wrong to apply. His application will sureley be discussed at meeting, i don't see why everyone has to jump and write -Support on the same reason. 1 guy is enough? Just brings out bad atmosphere on the forums,
