What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is where a player uses the fact that they are dead to tell the runner/death information about the people that are still alive that the players that are still alive would not otherwise know. An example of this would be that player X sees that player Y is at the end of the map as a runner while player X is dead, he then tells the Death player Y's position on the map.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would firstly ask the player that is disrespecting to stop, and try to explain to him that its against the rules and can make him receive punishment. If he continued after that, i would warn him for disrespect and then issue a gag/mute for a few minutes, and i would ask him in chat to calm down with the disrespect.

Why I should be chosen:
There are many reasons that i think that i should be picked. One of the reasons that i think i should be picked is that i am hard working. I have shown on SSRP that as a staff member, i am very hard working and i enjoy helping users out across the whole of the Zarp Servers. I may have made a few mistakes recently, but that does not change the fact that i am still working hard to get my activity up and be a good member of staff on other Zarp servers. I am friendly, and also already trusted with powers thanks to my SSRP staff rank.

i gotta say sonzy, you got unbanned a bit recently from your ban, but in my opinion i think you have improved from it, but i would still recommend you getting more trust, its a for now. *How to improve -* BE more trusted with the staff team. wait a little longer to get trust. Improved alot Decent app Good activity on server 1 Gametime is Ok Not very good activity on server 2 Recently got unbanned *What to do?* Gain trust from the staff team by talking to them and reporting rulebreakers too. I've seen him point out to deathrun staff that people are breaking the rules when they aren't paying attention. Also, from what I've seen of him on SSRP he is a good admin (Always ready to handle f1's, professional about it yet very helpful) Overall GR8 GUY, should definitely be a staff member on Deathrun and would be a great help when people need him.
