What is ghosting?
For example, say we were on a minecraft map, one runner is by a trap waiting for it to be set off, and a spectator would say something like "The death isn't there you can go" and that is ghosting.
Ghosting is where a spectator gives away information that leads to a team winning the round. You are not allowed to ghost or it makes it unfair because somebody might be doing really well on the round and then someone else ghosts and they lose. I will always make sure nobody is ghosting and if they do I will punish them.

How would you deal with disrespectful players?
I would give them a warning and tell them to stop but if they carry on I will mute them. If they leave and come back on the server to avoid their punishment it will result in a ban. It is against the rules to be disrespectful but it is okay to say a few rude words as some people do, but if someone is being really offensive then they will be punished.

Why should I be chosen?
I should be chosen because I would help to ensure the ZARP community is growing and I would make sure nobody gets upset because somebody else is being disrespectful and I would only kick, ban, mute or gag the naughty people. I have fully and properly read through the rules so I know what to do if there is someone disrespectful. I am a nice boy and I wont ever hurt anyones feelings with rude words.My kindness makes me stand out and im sure most people would agree.

I've seen how you act in game, and it's not very promising. You're immature, and you regularly beg for points, etc. Not to mention you haven't got consistent activity, I don't think you're ready to be staff here.

Well you used color but you have to set them up on a little darker because you can not see , Bold text. In what is ghosting add that someone has to be dead so he can not speak.
