TOPIC: [FORUM]ParaMontana's Mod app Report Abuse&Appeals

Let's as always go through this by first mentioning the applications review and then the staffmember review.

See here's the thing:
If you look at the application it looks really simple and empty, but this is actually a really smart application. Obviously he can't write too much if he applies for Forum staff, so what he did is he made a video, that pretty much explains everything in 3 minutes, which is a massive amount of time. Sure, he was reading it out, but his motivation really came to show in this video and made the application seem so much "brighter". Here's another thing that is really good about this method: You don't just write things down, you get the chance to actually read it out loud, so if something sounds bad, you would realize it.

Now about your personality:
Obviously some idiotic people will STILL hold the thing against you that you've done a few months ago, and they will not even mention the good facts about you, but that's why i am here!
You are extremely chill for a lead team member. You don't take stuff too serious which is a huge plus in my book. I would go up to certain Staff-Members and feel like i am talking to an automated robot, which should not be the case. You can take a joke. You are extremely helpful in most situations and I really never see you in a grumpy mood, like ever.

For me it has to be a +Support

Para is the best choice for the Report Abuse section in my eyes.

Although he may not be as active as other people who are applying for the Report Abuse section, no one knows the section and the report abuse system as well as he does. He has been looking through and posting to the section since he first joined Zarp, he started creating them, and now he handles them. A large majority of bans and abuse reports are handled by Para and/or most likely have something to do with Para.

Para has always given fair justice to those who break rules, and he is not biased in anyway (I can vouch for this personally by being good friends with Para, and he still warns me on SSRP when I have broken a rule), always preparing to give a second chance for someone who deserves it, and always prepared to deal out punishment to those who don't show signs of improvement.

His determination to the section can be seen by how much he has applied for this section and how he goes about dealing with abuse reports on a near-daily basis; in which he handles everyone with care and honesty. We can't see it on the forums, but the Lead Team know that he does a vast amount of these abuse reports outside of the forums, and inside when he's needed.

Personality wise, Para is mentally capable of handling a position. He is mature and friendly, but always stern when something serious comes around, no matter who or what it is.

You're definitely ready this time around Para, and you have my vote.

I definitely think you deserves it. You handle a lot of reports and you can also deal with them easily, now that you're a headadmin. Although I don't like the way you made your application, I prefer having some text to read instead of the video, but that's a personal matter.

Para is one of the best candidates for this job and I know surely he will get it he has been wanting this position for a long time and I think he really deserves it for all the hard work he has went and done. I didn't used to like Para due to the amount of times he'd report players, but then it became clear that he only had one intention, and that was to keep the server rule break free! And that's what his intention is for this section!

He has a great experience with handling rule breaks and is the best candidate for the role.

From what I've seen in game you a great staff member, hence why you're a head admin. I see you replying a lot to report abuses and any issues people have in the community.
