I am trying hard to become #1 on server 2 in game time and score, without much AFK time. Also, my server time has been weird recently as i have found when i moderate my gametracker wont record, and i have been playing on server 1 a little more.

Age: 15 Years Old.

Estimated Server Time: Around 20,000 Mins combined. (I am a server 2 player, i don't really like server 1.)

Languages I speak: Only English!

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I believe that in my short time so far as a moderator, I've tried my hardest to be the best staff member i possibly can. This was shown when i fully changed my attitude, and also since i have become a member of staff i take my job on the server very seriously. Obviously, like every other player, i have times where i am just having fun with friends, and can end up being a little unprofessional. But, i have tried to cut down on this as much as possible, as it doesn't negatively effect me as a staff member. I Feel that i could be a good admin, as i have tried my hardest to do the best possible job of keeping the servers of Zarp Gaming SSRP free of rule breakers, and to make sure that the users have a fun time!

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): There have been a few examples of this, as there have been many times (Because of the weird times i play), that i have been the only of a few staff members on at the time. This means that i have to try to keep the server clean as much as possible, which can be hard if there are a big group of mass rule breakers, or a group of defiant users. There has been quite a few obstacles that have come around as a moderator, which sometimes end up in me taking more time than i could do with sits. This is because of the fact that moderators only have tp, and therefore if you have a lot of people that you need in a sit, it can be quite annoying trying to get them all to a roof, or to a location where i will not get in any users way. I have had many encounters with defiant users, and just a few minutes before i am writing this i had a sit with a disrespectful user who would not listen, so i had to deal with him appropriately.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Hello new moderator! I would first like to say congratulations on getting accepted onto the Zarp SSRP staff team! So, There are a few things that you will need to know to be a great SSRP Moderator! I am going to list all the commands you can use below, and what they do!
/tp - This is a command that will teleport you to your crosshair. You can use this to get onto roofs, or get to areas where you would like to conplete an f1! The /tp command is also useful because its how a user will be taken from their previous position to you. You can use the command like this; /tp *INSERT STEAMID*. You can also use the /tp command through the tab menu, but it would be better for you to tp using steam ID!
/goto - This is the command that you will use to go to a user! the command works like this; /goto *STEAMID*. This command is mostly useful to see if someone is in an active raid before you /tp to them, or to go to a user to consult them about their f1.
/bring -This is the command that should not be used too often. This command should only be used if the user is dead, and you want to bring them back to life to complete the sit, Or there is a situation where are user is in a car, ect. You SHOULD NOT use this command when trying to take someone to you, as it will make it so you can no longer back them to their original position, and therefore could be an annoying inconvenience for the user. The Command is written as follows; /bring *STEAMID*.
/freeze - This a command that will be used to freeze the user. This is very useful if a user is not very compliant during a sit, and does things like spawning props, or running away. It will freeze the user, and therefore they will be unable to move at all. They will also be unable to shoot, which is why the Freeze command is useful for situations where people are trying to RDM. The command is used as follows; /freeze *STEAMID* or /unfreeze *STEAMID*
/back - This command will back the user to their location before you used /tp to get them to the sit. This command is only useful to back players and yourself to where they were before the sit. The command is used as follows; /back *STEAMID*
/warn and /unwarn - This command is to warn players when they have broken server rules. The unwarn command is only useful for mistakes, for example you warn the wrong person, or a warning is invalid. The command is used as follows; /warn *STEAMID* Or, /unwarn *STEAMID*
/kick -This command is used to kick the player from the server. This command should be used when the user is refusing to remove props, and therefore they have to be forcefully removed by the user being kicked from the server. This command should not be used for anything but that, unless the user is mass rulebreaking. Note that 3 Warns will result in an autokick, and 4 warns will result in an autoban. The command is used as follows; /kick *STEAMID*
The F1 Menu -This is the menu that is very useful, and it will come up when you hit f1. It will contain 3 parts, this is a list of the uncompleted current f1's, a list of reccently warned people and who warned them on a warnings tab, and another tab for logs. The logs are the most useful part, as it contains very useful information that can be used during a sit, which includes, kills, job changes and more.
The F6 Menu -This is the menu that is used to check any players recent punishments/warns.
Use either /// or @ in chat to use the Admin chat!
You are now ready to do f1's! Good luck!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?:
I would first go and talk to the person who has banned the user, to get their opinion on the user. I would next lower the ban to One week, as long as the person who banned him agrees. I would alert him that this is his first and only chance, and if he is caught doing the same behavior he will be permanently banned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words)
I think that i should be promoted because i have shown in various ways to people that i am a good and dedicated member of staff. I May have had some moments that were not so good, but everyone makes mistakes. I also think that i should be chosen because i have dedicated hours of time and effort into the server, and i have tried my hardest to be the best moderator possible. I have been nice and respectful to as many people as possible on the community, and as long as i am here i will continue to try to be the best member of staff i can. I have showed that i have changed greatly from the person i was before, and i hope that this just further shows my dedication to Zarp Gaming!.
