Estimated Server Time Just judging by the account, I use the most I have 34528 minutes plaid just on server 1 alone, The reason why I mostly play server 1 is because it's more popular and then more rule breakers will come on you try and troll and basicly break rules as #1 is more popular than #2.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Deathmatch is the long term for RDM, That basicly is one of the most known rules on Gary's mod but sadly, Players still break it. Random Deathmatch otherwise known is RDM basicly means, You need to have a valid roleplay situation to kill someone. The valid reasons to kill someone are Raiding the players base
Kidnapping the player (You need to do /me This is a kidnap, Your hands are tied)
Mugging the player (You need to do /me This is a mug!, Drop <money> or die. Remember, The max is $4,000.
Hit (You need to become a hitman and players must use the Hit System, You're not allowed to take private hits. (Do /hit <name> <amount of $> or you can press f4 then proceed to Actions then scroll down and Place Hit.
Failing to do your Roleplay Command, Now what I mean by this is. If a cop does /me This is a weapon check, Run away/Pull out a gun = KOS/AOS, Then once you run away or pull out a gun. The cop can shoot you down, As you failed to listen to the players /me.
Un-Acceptable Reasons to kill someone.
You can't kill Player X as he looks at you funny, If you do this you would be in trouble.
You can't kill Player Y as you got raided by him before, If you do then you've broken New Life Rule (The rule below this).
You can't kill Player W just because he is a Police.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life rule, Is the longer term for NLR. That rule basicly state's, You can't return to the same district for 3 minutes as you previously died in that district, Another term for NLR (New Life Rule) is if you're a Gun Dealer then you got raided by player J if he returns to your shop 5 minutes later, You can't refuse to sell player J guns as you also need to forget everything in your past life. Here's the right solution so you don't break New Life Rule:
Player R raided player F, Player R kills player F in his base. Player F waits 3 minutes before he returns to the Banker District.
Player U is a Gun Dealer, He gets raided by Player T. Player U waits 3 minutes until he goes back to his shop, Then 7 minutes later Player T returns to buy guns so player U sells Player T the guns he needs.
Un-Acceptable reasons to break NLR
Player C is a Police Officer, He dies in Fountain district. He then respawns and then another officer tells him someone has printers in Fountain District. Player C returns to the district he died in within 3 minutes.
Player Q is a Heavy Gun Dealer, He gets raided by player I in the Banker District, Player Q waits 3 minutes before he returns to his shop, 6 minutes later player I comes back to buy guns, Player Q Denies to sell player I due to him raiding him prior to this.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming basicly means, You can't type In Character stuff in OOC. Most of the time, If you're trying to sell stuff then it's more than likely you need to do /advert <message> and not do it in OOC (Out Of Character) Here's a few good things so you don't break the Metagame rule:
(OOC) Player U : Hey Lads!, I'm new to the server!
(OOC) Player I : Welcome to the server Player U, If you need help then press f1 and a staff member will come to assist you!

(OOC) Player R : Selling a RPG for $1,000,000 /pm Player to buy it from me!
(OOC)Player O : I'm looking to buy a Milkour for $1,200,000!
If you're selling something, It's more than likely you need to do /advert <message>.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First of all, I'd press f1 and left click Handle this f1. Then I'd goto player X and teleport myself plus player x to a near roof if needed and ask him his side of the story, Once I've got his side of the story I'd /tp player Y to my location and ask him for his side of the story. If player y doesn't admit to Random Deathmatch, I'd ask for valid proof. If player X provides me with valid proof, I'd /warn Player Y Random Deathamacth and insist him to read over the rules once again, However if no proof was given then I'd suggest to player X to take screenshoots or record his gameplay in case this happends in the future.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I'd press f1 then Left click "Handle This f1", Then I'd goto player x and then teleport myself plus player X to a nearby roof, Then I'd ask his side of the story and then once I'm satisfied with his story, I'd /tp player y and ask for his side of the matter, If player Y doesn't admit to breaking New Life Rule (NLR) then I'd ask for proof, If player x gives me valid proof I'd /warn player Y New Life Rule, However if player X doesn't have any proof I'd suggest him to record/take screenshoots so nothing like this happens again in the future.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
First of all, I'd type in ooc /ooc Player X, Please do not Metagame buddy!. You can do /cr Help my bank is being raided then officers will respond to your call, If you're still unsure what Metagame means then type !motd!, If player X does it again, Then I'd teleport to him and tell him off face to face, if he does it a third time I'd /warn player X Metagame.

As most of you are aware by now, I was EX-Staff before I got demotted due to my actions. I've tried & tried to help alot of people while I was staff, I was always on Server 1 due to I like it more and it's more popular. On my first 1 week as Moderator, I did my very best at deal with every situation I could possibly get flown at my way, I tried to help as many people as I can while I was a Moderator, But due to myself not having enough powers then I applied for Administrator due to myself thinking I was ready to help even more people and deal with more stuff I couldn't do as a Moderator, I applied twice for Admin and on my 2nd attempt I got accepted due to the first time I applied my PC broke later that week so my activity was a bit jumpy. So then I got Administrator, I got Trained by Morgan (Great guy) and I really enjoyed dealing with more situations than I could as a Moderator, I spent alot of time and effort trying to help as much people as I could if they were needing help if a player broke a rule then I'd be happy to help them, So I was an Administrator for I think 3 months and a Moderator for 1 month so I was basicly helping people as best as I could for 4 month's and now I'm ready to start to help people again, Due to myself always being on late as I've left School now so I'm ready to become staff again if I get accepted.
Now
So now, I'm ready to help people again. As I was Ex-Staff, I know how to deal with mostly every situation I could be getting via the f1 menu, As I'm a user I'm a bit limited at times as I need to wait until staff become available to deal with my f1 problem, So sometimes people get away with stuff if I forget to record/take a screenshoot. If I was staff again, I could deal with stuff as soon as I see it happen so it does't cause that much of a problem in the long term if the player gets off free as I've forgot to record. I've tried my hardest to become staff again and report people to staff if they break server rules. I believe if I was accepted as staff again, I could deal with problems alot faster and make sure nobody gets away with rule breaks when staff doesn't see it, As a User you do see alot of rule breaks as you don't have the Staff Icon (Moderator & Admin Tag), So if I got accepted as staff again for Zarp, I can help more people and make sure everyone enjoys there time here at Zarp Gaming. The warning I got from Morgan won't be classed as a "Recent Warning" if I don't get any for the meeting next week, Thanks alot for looking at my application! I think I've still got 1 recent warning, That was given to me 2 weeks ago on Saturday, However I got the warning on 1 am on Saturday the 26th of January, Then the meeting is the 6th of February, So hopefully it doesn't count as recent any more as I got given it at 1 am GMT.
