My initial opinion
Ryan, you seem to be a great guy and all, I know you from past experiences and I believe you can live up to those expectations again. Though I may be led into believing that you should change the answer about the metagaming question. You can simply just PM him instead of TPing.

Good amount of effort put into the application
In-game attitude is perfect, well mostly
Negatives
Could extend the 'Why I should be chosen' question a little bit. I see 112 words at the moment.
