Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

F1's

Well I've been on this server for one week now, but in this week, I've already done over 120 f1's! While I'm doing these f1's, I most of the time get RDM'ed by random people from the sit. As an admin, I feel like I can easily do my f1's. I know, as a mod I can still do my f1's, but it's just easier.

Commands

As a moderator, you only got a few commands ( which I will be discussing in the next part of my application). While being an admin, it's easier to use more commands. The one that I'm obviously looking for are cloak and god mode. By using both command at the same time, handling F1's are getting way and way easier. Not to forget, I will also get the ban command. With the ban command, I never have to make Ban Requests anymore ( I don't dislike making them though, it's one of my biggest hobbies on the server!). Not to forget, that when I'm an admin, I can always handle appeals. I love to help people at any circumstances!

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I have had this same scenario with many people various amount of time. Being AFK. Being afk in a sit is a horrible thing for the administrator, due to the fact that you just can't help the victim who made the F1. I found my own way of how to trick the user in that way. I'd TP him away, wait exactly one minute, and then goto to him. In this case, most of the times I just see the user walking. Then I would freeze him and ask him why he was lying to me.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Yo bro so congrats for getting moderator! To train you well enough, let me help you with all the useful information I can give.
There is just one GOLDEN RULE that you must ALWAYS remember. Everything you do goes by STEAM_ID. When you're not using the STEAM_ID, but the player's name, you will always have a chance that you pick the wrong player. Quick scenario:
Johova is raiding the bank, you need Johovava for your sit. You write /tp Johova, and boom, he lost his Bank Raid.
Now that that's clear, lets take a look at your commands.

/warn & /unwarn

When warning a player, you will have to use /warn <STEAM_ID><REASON>. A good example for a warn is when someone randomly demoted someone. You only use /unwarn when a warn is not valid, or when you've warned the wrong player for example.

/tp

When you need a person for a sit, or when you see that a player breaks the rule, and therefore basically want to bring the person to you, you use /tp. When using /tp, you have to write /tp <STEAMID>. INCASE /tp doesn't work, you will have to use the tab menu and bring the person to yourself.

/freeze

When you want to freeze someone, you write /freeze <STEAM_ID>. Only use this when a player runs away from something, like a sit for example.

/kick

When you want to kick someone, you write /kick <STEAM_ID>. You use the /kick when a person breaks too many rules and there is no admin online to punish him. If he propspam for example, you should warn him and kick him so his props get removed. Thanks for saving the server!

/back

When you're done with your F1, you write /back <STEAM_ID> An example from when you should use the /back command, is that when you've TP'ed (YES! You don't bring but TP people!) a person, you can TP him back to his original place! You can also use it on yourself. When you check if the person you need for the F1 isn't in a bank raid for example, you goto to him and then /back so you can handle the F1!/color]

F1 menu

For the F1 menu, I've decided to make a video instead of typing it. I've done this due to the fact that it will be explained much easier to you.

F6 menu

You can use the F6 menu to look at a player's punishment(s). If you want to choose to either verbally warn a player, or actually warning the player, you can always use the F6 menu to help you! If the person broke RDM for example within 1 / 2 weeks, you should warn the person instead of verbally warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Ok so first off, I can't do appeals on my own. I will need a second admin to discuss this. Let's act like I'm the second admin.

Hello player X! I've seen that you're permanently banned from the server for propspam! I've discussed this ban with the admin that banned you, Bob Raheem. We've came to a conclusion that you can be unbanned from the server, due to the fact that it seems like you've changed and that you're ready to play at ZARPGaming again! Let's hope that there would be no further bans in the future! Thanks for appealing on ZARPGaming. This appeal has been accepted I will log in to the server right now to unban you!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Why I should be promoted. Well, I personally think that I should be promoted due to the fact that I'm a pretty active mod. I really want to make my way up in ZARP Gaming, because I love this server. I think and just feel that I'm ready to get this new rank. I've also done a lot of F1's, which I will also talk about in the next part of my application. I feel like I need more commands, not to abuse them, but to make my job easier. I love doing F1's, I've also done a lot of F1's as a moderator. I've been as respectful as I can to other players and I've always done my best to look at the user's side. When I'm getting promoted to admin, it doesn't mean that I will stop doing F1's! No, I will even do more! I also would like to be an admin, due to the fact that I really want to handle appeals and report abuses. I feel like I know when there should be a ban or a warn or a kick issued!

As a moderator, I don't have the ban command. To show that I know whether a scenario should be a ban instead of a warn, I made a list full of my accepted ban requests.

Did I regain trust with the community?

Guys, I know this will be a frequent question asked the next couple of weeks, but my personal opinion is Yes. Of course my opinion has no value, as I don't say if I get accepted or not. But let me at least explain why.

I think that I've shown a lot of dedication to ZARP. If you take a look at the amount of effort I put in my ban requestes, staff complaints, even the meetings ( well, not all can see that ! ) you would've known that I would never try to do anything to this server! I love zarp! I love doing f1's. I love everything here. I love doing the job I do at the moment. I just feel like I am ready. I hope you might understand why I reapplied!

Of course this application should be discussed next week ( 1/17/2016) !
