Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.Random Death Match is when some one is killing other person without a reason, for example Player A kills Player B with a weapon becouse hating him.

valid rp reason'
If you wanna check the rule once again here is the rule:
Random Death Match - In order to kill a player, you must have a roleplay-valid reason to do so.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.New Life Rule - Its when You die in a place(base bank or any where) and you gotta wait 3 min before coming to the same area but you forget what happend there (like you died from mug)
for example: Player A Mugged Player B and Player B didnt droped money so A killed him and B came back before nlr over and killed him

If you died in the spawn area, leave it promptly through the nearest tunnel or AFK at spawn, you must also forget everything about your previous life and start a new one, as from it's name "New Life Rule"
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.Metagaming- its when player infroms in OOC that he gets raided and calling his friend.
for example: Player A tryed to kill The Bank raiders and he died and then he informs in OOC that the bank getting raided and calling every body.

Meta gaming - In Character related information should merely be relayed (when appropriate and coincident with the other rules) through the In Character channels. This also applies vice-versa, as out of character information should not be used in character.
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First ill tp both of them and ask what happend. if X got proof of Y rdming him ill watch and if its enough ill warn Y but if no ill end the sit and start spectating both of them on what will be and if rdm will be again ill warn the one who broke rules.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
First ill tp to x and ask what happned for example:" I was raiding his shop and i lockpicked his prints and the he came back and kill me" and then ill tp to Y and ask what happend and ill check the logs when he died first time and when second time if its below 3 min he nlr and ill warn him for nlr.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.

You don't need to tp to him like that fast, you can just tell him in ooc at the first time to use /pm.If it happens again you can tp to him and teach him what is the rule and what he done wrong.Its still good
