Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as a moderator helped me understand different types of situations that i might encounter in the future; and how to handle them. it also allowed me to watch several admins+ handle their situations (after asking them to watch) and gain more experience.


Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

i got an f1 for mass rdm at server 2 spawn, went there and the guy killed me and killed everyone at spawn... froze him and warned him for mass rdm, kicked him... he kept coming back and trolling etc... i just had to keep warning him till the 3rd one where he got automatically kicked but he never rejoined the server that day, i had to make a post on the forums to get him banned... plus in the time i had to type the freeze command he was able to kill a couple more people


If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

first of all you need to learn the different types of commands you get to have as a moderator, most of the commands are present as a button in the players list interface after you click on their name so make sure you check that out aswell.

there is /tp (name/steam_ID) ; this command allows you to teleport the player to where you are looking at, id recommend making a keybind for that by going to the console and typing ( Bind *key* "Say /tp" )

/Back (name/Steam_ID) ; allows you to teleport the player back to his previous location or you could do /Backspawn (name/Steam_ID) to teleport them to spawn

/goto (name/Steam_ID) ; you can teleport to the addressed player .

/bring (name/Steam_ID) ;teleports the player next to you, although the /back command wont work on him if you use that... usually /bring is used to teleport a player if hes dead or in a vehicle and wont leave...etc

/slay (name/Steam_ID) will kill the player ( lots of creative ways, my personal favourite is rocket) you can use that to instantly kill players , used mostly for citizens who have big guns and refuse to drop/ get rid of them .


/freeze (name/Steam_ID) (time) ; used to freeze players, used when players run from a sit or continues to break the rule when summoned to the F1, /unfreeze (name/Steam_ID) is used to unfreeze the player.

/warn (Steam_ID) (reason) ; this is used to warn a person for rulebreaking, you may use name to warn but i recommend using steam id in this command to be 100% certain you warn the correct player.

/unwarn (steam_ID) ;to unwarn the player if you warned him by accident or you saw that you miss judged the warn .

/kick (steam_ID) (Reason) ; this is used mostly to get rid of Mass rulebreakers, use steam id when kicking due to the fact you dont want to be kicking people out accidentally.

writing @ at the beginning of chat allows you to speak in Staff/admin chat use that if you need any help from other staff members

also you may not roleplay during your sits or as a "mod on duty"

as a mod you get a keypad checker where you are able to check if the keypads are connected to the fading door and for how long its toggled for

you have your F1 menu which is where you handle all the help requests from players, you have 3 tabs on there, the warning tab the logs tab and the basic F1s tab, the F1s tab is where you see the who needs help, to handle a request right click it and press handle , then goto the player. in the second tab you will see active warnings on the players on the server, third one which is the logs, you will see kill logs suicide logs hit logs arrest logs money drop logs and more....

F6 menu shows all the warnings for the selected player, you can select a player from the drop down menu or you can use the search to look up their steam id....

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?


Good day player X, Im going to begin by saying that here in Zarp we take rulebreaking seriously... We do not tolerate it, due to the fact that it ruins people's time on the server...However, you seem to have taken your time to write your appeal and you do seem apologetic... so in this case your ban appeal has been ACCEPTED and your ban time has been reduced for 2 weeks.

please go back to read the rules *insert rule link here* and i hope the 2 weeks are enough for you to learn from your mistakes


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Id like to become an admin to be able to handle situations more smoothly, i get to spectate people, and ban people when its really needed... and prevent further rulebreaks instantly by freezing quickly using my phys gun.... also goto command glitches quite often and i end up a floor under or above the player so the noclip is very useful !

for reasons other than that, id like to become an admin to help players enjoy their time on the server, since thats whats being staff is about, helping the people enjoy their time without rulebreakers and helping the server to grow more and more....

i really feel like im up to the job for helping people learn the rules on the server and learn to enjoy themselves while following these rules instead of breaking them...

This guy is a smexy ass motherfucker with the balls the size of the moon, his voice dictates that if you've ever heard it
I've played with this guy throughout the majority of my time on the server and we've become moderators together, he knows the rules, he deals with f1's whenever they come up and he makes sure they're done fairly and to a great quality.
He's a really kind fellow and a really great moderator and I know he will be a great admin!

i just saw you post that you have been finally unbanned, im sorry but i can't really trust your feedback due to the fact you did get banned which means you are basically a rulebreaker. however if you can provide valid proof of me RDMing you I'd be more than happy to accept your feedback as a valid one...
