What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is basicly that a dead player gives information to a living player
John died and help's he's friend by saying wich trap is activated and wich one not

How would you deal with a disrespectful player:
(Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
i would gag or mute them and if they still go on i would warn them for disrespect cause we don't need people disrespecting other's in the community.
example: john calls Walter a stupid bitch if he typed i would mute him and if he said it in voicechat i would gag him if he then goes on in the typing chat i would warn him for disrespect and mute him to.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words)
so i should be chosen because i automaticly help people because of my experience as ssrp admin.
also i try to keep the server fun when admin's are not online like telling ppl to stop fighting whit each other and stop micspamming but that does not wark alot because they know i can't do anything about them i also catched rulebreakers already also im trusted whit my powers bacause im ssrp admin.

Activity and gametime are good, application is decent. I don't see any room for improvement apart from spacing out some parts of the application.

Friendly in game, could talk to players more often.

Maybe it's too late but I'll say it anyway. Good guy, could probably be mod, but you REALLY need to work on your English - spacing, grammar, interpunction etc.
