Random Death Match (RDM) is where a player kills another player randomly without a valid roleplay reason. An example scenario is if I was a hitman and went around killing players without hits just because I am a hitman as that does not give me a valid reason to go around and kill players thus is is RDM. Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. NLR is when you die you cannot go back to, or interact with, the district that you died in. An example scenario is is I was killed in the fountain district I would not be allowed to enter that district or interact with anyone in that district until the 3 minutes is up. Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Metagaming is using out of character information for in character exploitation. An example scenario is saying my base is being raided in ooc. Another example is someone saying they are at the fountain and they have a hit so you go there and kill them as a hitman which would be using that informartion which, granted, should not have been said in the first place but it is still considered metagaming. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I would TP the player that made an F1 and get his side. I would then ask the player in question for his valid RP reason for killing the player that submitted the F1 and if it is concluded that he did not kill him for a valid reason he would get a warn and if it is concluded that it was in fact a valid reason he would not get a warn and it would be explained to both parties and if there was picture or video evidence that would also be looked at and considered. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would tp to the player and ask him what happened. I would then talk to the player in question and ask him where he was killed and if he indeed broke NLR. I would see if either party had picture or video proof and I would examine it and once I have gotten all the information I needed I would either find the accused party guilty or not guilty based on the proof and each parties side of the story. Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided I would tp to him and tell him that is metagaming and that he cannot call for help like that. I would tell him he is free to PM anyone he wants but that cannot be stated in OOC. Why I should be chosen. I should be chosen because I am a long time ZARP member and have been staff for a very long time. I resigned a while back and I have since gotten a new computer and returned. I know how to handle myself as staff and I have a great amount of experience in being staff on this server. I am a very loyal staff member and have never left for another community or betrayed this communities trust. I have been playing very actively on the servers and am looking to help the community. In the past week I have over 2,100 minutes played and have been very active for the past few weeks. 
I have put a lot of time into this server and am looking to start using that time to help out as a staff member. Cheers, Jack |

I don't think someone with the immaturity to spam "Oh she mad" in OOC would be fit for Moderator.
Honestly, work on your maturity Jack, I don't think you understand how important it is to look and act professional in the staff team. |

It's funny you say that because you stoop so low as to try and insult me for not being a Superadmin anymore. You're just as immature as the people you criticize and I find that just a bit ironic. Not to mention saying two things 30 seconds apart is hardly considered spam as you say I did. Anyways, I'll let people judge for themselves.

Positives App is great game time is good Negatives had a few problems in the past havnt seen anything wrong after that abit immature Overall I think that you would be a good mod if you was a little more respectful during the time playing zarp however as i havnt seen anything wong since i am going to give you a  and i wish you the best of luck if you we never had the problem last time i think alot more staff would probbs give you a goodluck buddy you might go far if you put you're mind to it xD |

The first picture is a warn from last week. when the f6 menu did not record warns
Here are his recent warns plus his recent mutes and chat mutes 
If this guy gets accepted im gonna object. i dont want a racist. and a guy who disrespects in the staff team i work for. Then here is a picture of his form of disrespect. 
Here is also a video of him being racist. (( pasted from his last APP)) If this guy becomes staff and he goes yelling around with the N word. then normal users gonna see HEYYYY a staff member says it . that means i can do it too woopeedoo. PS: Its funny how people say he has changed. ever since that last run in with bartark. but look at the warn for racism he got from steam on the 9th the day after the meeting The reason he was warned by bartark. was because he was repeating the N word over and over again in public within the proximity of multiple rpers //Users// i hope they did not get the wrong impression now of being allowed to say such things. as they are not allowed at all -Support |
