After asking around 10 admins+ if I should apply for this rank I've decided to go for it.
Great thanks to those 10 or so staff

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Well, after doing over 210F1s ( F1s of last week were reset along with everything before that, I had around 140 then), I believe Hitman Jerry can support this, as he told me how much I had.
I've experienced most situations I could run into in an F1, I know how to get the truth out of many players who might be lying, when there is no proof against him/her.
I've refreshed by memory on how being staff on zarp works after months of not being one.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I've went into a few of these, where the player threatens to report you because of warning him, but I always try my best to make sure that the player knows why he was punished.
Another obstacle would be that as a mod, players don't take me as serious as they take an admin, for example, they see a mod, they'll be like he's a mod, what's the most that he can do? kick me?
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Congratulations on getting mod! I'll be training you today, I'll keep this as short and easy as possible.
You have a set of commands, they are all available in the tab menu if you click on each player, but I'll give you some quick ways to use them.

/slay <PlayerName/SteamID>

This Command kills a player. It is used also as a punishment method or if a player doesn't agree to drop a specific weapon.
Also not used often as a punishment method due to there being a better punishment methods.

-/freeze <PlayerName/SteamID>
/unfreeze <PlayerName/SteamID>

This command freezes a player in his place. It is one of the most useful commands for a mod, this command is used in case a player tries to leave an F1 or attacks someone in an F1 or to prevent a player from doing any other action.

/warn <PlayerName/SteamID> <Reason>
/unwarn <PlayerName/SteamID>

This command warns a player; 3 warns = Auto Kick, 4 warns = Temporarily ban. It is one of the most used command for a mod, this command is one of the most used punishment methods. This can be used in many cases one of them is Breaking NLR so after explaining to the player what he did wrong you type:
/warn <PlayerName/SteamID> <Breaking Nlr>

/kick <PlayerName/SteamID> <Reason>

This command kicks a player from the server. It is used as a last resort for a Moderator, one example is an RDM Spree which gives the a Moderator permission to kick the player from the server until this Moderator contacts a higher ranked Staff member.

/goto <PlayerName/SteamID>

This command is used to teleport to a player.

/Tp <PlayerName/SteamID>

This command is used to teleport a player to where you are looking.

/Back <PlayerName/SteamID>

This command returns the player back to his location before you used the /tp.

/Bring <PlayerName/SteamID>

This command is used to bring player to you. ( best use /tp instead of this since the /back command doesn't work.
There is one more command, which is the unban from job command, but I'd rather you do it from the tab menu, as it's easier to select the job you want to unban the player from.
F1 System
The F1 system is a unique system designed to help Staff keep track of player's reports. To access this System you press F1 ( thus the name ) and a tab should pop up. The tab should include the priority of the F1 it chooses the priority depending on how long this F1 report was made. You can also find who made this F1 Report the reason and last if it is being handled by a Staff member or not. The F1 system has 2 other uses one of them is to check the warnings and the other is to check the logs. The logs shows kills and deaths, if a player has currently changed his job and if a player was arrested or if a player arrested someone. To check the logs you type in the name of a player and recent events that happened to him should show up.
Now with the new system that was recently installed you get a notification on the top right of your monitor indicating that an f1 has been made by "user's name" "reason".
Admin Keypad Checker
A very handy tool in some situations, this tool is used to know which keypad is connected to what fading door, if the keypad is fake and if the fading door opens for less than 4 seconds.
Alright, so the way to use this tool is by equiping it and aiming it at a keypad then left clicking. There are 3 possibilities. (When you're done checking the door right click to get rid of the green color on the door.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would reply with:
"Hello "name",
I'm replying to this thread to let you know that I have read your appeal and since, you did take your time to make this detailed and sincere appeal, I've decided to reduce your ban to 2 weeks. Please do read the rules in the mean time in order to avoid this incident again.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
There are many reasons for why I should be promoted. I'm an active staff member, who does lots of F1s, enjoys helping others, avoids abusing his powers, have past experience at being an admin, familiar with the commands and techniques of handling an F1.
I also believe I've changed since the last time I was an admin on ZARP, I believe I've matured, gained reputation, helped many, punished many and done more F1s than most.
I know what some will say, I'm power hungry because I applied 1 week after I received mod, but that's not the case. I do not wish for anything more than admin, I just want to be able to help players out more than what I'm doing right now.
I feel in some situations I'm useless. If I was an admin, I could handle almost all F1s that are made, lets take for example a rare F1, but that did occur while I was on duty a few days ago. A player reported cases spawning outside of the map on server 1 and required an admin to no clip to check for them.
Another F1 case was rpg fell through the ground and also required an admin to handle it.
Moreover, admins have the unown command which will help a lot as we get lots of those F1s where unused doors need to be sold, but the player owning them is afk.
I also believe some people go don't get the punishment they deserve, like mass rdmers and minges who deserve long term bans, but only receive an hour ban if not a kick, just because no admins are on :/
Can someone move this thread into the right section? Sorry forgot to change it to server applications :/
