Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. I feel that my time as being a moderator will contribute to me becoming an admin because I have done so many F1s and it just feels normal now if I see " 1 Unhanded F1" I am striaght on it helping them of the community have a better time on zarp gaming. I know exactly how to handle stuff and I feel I would be able to help more as a admin. So overall I feel I am ready for Admin

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around
So when I just got mod it was the first few days of being Mod and I was on twitch looking for a stream to watch and I saw a guy on zarp so I began to watch him and little did I notice he was breaking rules he was a cop Random arresting and he got called to a f1 and he got away with it! So I told another admin to watch his stream and I started to record his stream too. We finally got him banned and i felt proud of myself it was not the hardest thing but it was different if I was not watching twitch he could of go away with so much more. So that is my story not the hardest but it was different.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Introduction and Welcome to the Staff Team

Hello and welcome to the staff team first of all we would like to congratz you on becoming a moderator! I am going to guide you through everything you need to know about being a moderator. So lets get straight into it!

Powers
Now we are going to learn about some powers so lets go through them!
/Freeze (Name) /freeze will freeze the player so he can not move at all
/Goto (Name) This will teleport yourself to the person
/Teleport You can bind this to a letter and you can teleport for an example onto a roof
/Warn (SteamID from the tab menu) and then the (Reason)
/Bring (Name) will bring the player.
/Slay (Name) will slay the player
/Unfreeze (Name) will unfreeze the player
/Kick (Name) Will kick the player from the server
Those are the basics

The F1 Menu
Okay so if you press F1 a little menu comes up the "Unhanded F1s" the "Warnings" and the "Logs" and from here
you can do your f1s so you right click a unhanded f1 request and click "Handle this F1" and then you go from there goto them and handle there f1! and if they got rdmed take them onto a roof check the "Logs" and bring the guy who killed him and go from there!

The logs show pretty much everything from connects , disconnects , kills , change of jobs and some more!

Tab Menu
In the Tab Menu it helps a lot because sometimes when you do /bring wolf it could bring more than one person as in if you select there name on the tab menu and click bring it will just bring them no one else. and from here you can get there SteamID to warn them you can also do all the other powers through the tab menu you do not have to do /bring or /goto you can just select it on the tab menu.

The F6 Menu
In the F6 menu you can select someones name and view there punishments they have had you can see the
Date -- Type -- Reason -- Admin and if the player is offline you can click the search button enter the SteamID and you can see there punishments too.

The Admin Keypad Checker
This tool allows you to check the length of how long the faiding door is open when the right pass code is typed in.It must be open for 4 seconds but anything lower is against the rules!

Abusing

Abuse this is a NO NO thing to do you can get demoted and very told off. It also makes the server look bad them thinking we accept stupid staff who abuse. Well this server does not so if anyway you abuse it will be taken seriously.

Having Fun
Make sure you do have fun being a staff member after all it is a thing to be proud of this community is a very friendly one and you were lucky to get accepted so have fun enjoy the f1s and stay clean!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would thank them for appealing and I would take my time to read there application now if they are very very sorry I would lower the ban and keep a good eye on them but if they were to do it again I would permanently ban them.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be promoted because I have come so close to staff and the community. The f1s are becoming my best friends I love doing them and helping the community. I am so active on everyday and always here to help. I also feel i should be promoted because I can help the community more as an admin. I would never abuse that is the last thing I would do to a community like Zarp. I am a friendly guy who deserves a chance!
