Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario :

Scenario : Someone comes down to you and kills you with no vaild reason.

Example : Bob Comes Down To Ollys And Dosn't Like Olly And Kills Him.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario :

Scenario : Someone kills you and you come back to the same district within 3 Minuites.

Example : Ollys Is Raiding Bob And Kills Bob And Bob Has Money Printers And Dosn't Want To Loose Them So He Comes Back To His Base A Kills Olly.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario :

Scenario : Someone Types In /OOC Rp Related Stuff

Example : /OOC Oh help im getting raided at my bank near banker NPC.

Explain how you would handle the following situation : I would ask player y to explain why did he kill player x and if he has no reason i would wan the player for RDM [as shown in the logs and by himself]
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Explain how you would handle the following situation : I Would Ask Player x do you have any proof /recording or ask player y did you break nlr and ask him did you go to the same district as he died in and if he says yes i would warn player y and tp them both away
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation : I would tp to him and tell him what he has done and tell him not to do it again [as a verbal warning] and if he does it again he will be warned By me
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words) : I should be chosen becuase i have worked on my atatude , worked very hard to be nice to the community and i have no recent warnings. I have helped people through out my time on zarpgaming and i would be suited as a great moderator and do as many f1s as i can. So i would appreciate it if you could spend time seeing me as a moderator.

You did not explain any of the rules just gave 2 examples of each.
You are quite immature.
Your explanations of RDM situation is bad, as console only shows the kill. But the person might have a valid excuse for it so not always would he be warned.
You can work on your activity as of late as it has not been the best.

Good gametime

Friendly

Knows the rules

Has worked alot on his attitude Can be immature some time
Has recent warns
Could work a bit better on the application (scenario's and explainations)
PS. I know u are trying you're hardest to spell everything right but i know its almost impossible cause of you're handicap
